Really great experience working with Beckleys and more specifically Jordan. I didn’t receive any pressure. I was looking at the Z 3100 and was working with both Generals RV and Beckleys. I let them both know what I was looking for with the trade in and all in offer. Jordan was honest and lmk that it would be a tough offer but he would work with management and call me back the next day and that they probably wouldn’t beat General RV. General RV called and told me what their best offer was. It was slightly higher than Beckleys and when I let General RV know, they said that they would do another look and would get back to me in a couple of hours. They said they were confident they could beat Beckleys. The conversation just didn’t feel right to me. General RV was giving off a pretty strong sales tactic vibe to me whereas Beckleys was giving me their honest offer. In the end, I trusted my gut and went with Beckleys. No regrets. Just seems like a team of people you can trust…
Our salesman Hunter took the time to figure out exactly what we needed and then showed us multiple different campers going over all the differences between each one. When we finally picked out the camper that we liked he was there for the whole thing. When we finally were able to pick up the camper he went over everything in the camper and how to winterize the camper. He was amazing!
Couple of weeks ago we bought a used Rock Wood Windjammer from a private seller that they stored at one of their locations. The staff treated us like we purchased it from Beckley they were so helpful and nice and courteous so helpful we left the trailer to be serviced and repaired even though we lived 3+ hrs away. We would recommend Beckleys for all your service needs! Thank you guys so much! If we could give 10 stares we would.
This place was great. We worked with Chris who made the whole process seem effortless. My wife had a long list of RVs she wanted to compare and Chris helped us narrow down the exact one that was perfect for our family. Best place to go for An RV for sure. Everywhere else in the area just felt like a sales pitch and honestly a bit trashy. Beckley’s was obviously different as soon as we arrived. Oh and this isn’t a bot. I’m a real dude who actually liked them this much. I got Pics to prove.
