We found a used RV trailer on-line, called the good folks at Nashville to hold it for us. Drove 700 miles from Wisconsin to take a look. The unit was better than we expected. It was set up in Jellystone campground which is located right behind this dealer. The trailer was hooked up and ready for an inspection, even the air was running when we arrived! Brad Land, the sales manager there, gave us a run-through and allowed us to thoroughly check out the rig before we purchased. So easy to work with Brad. He's a breath of fresh air, no hard pressure sales. Brad's the type of guy that has a servant attitude toward a customer. He's informative and pleasing to talk with. The whole purchase process was a pleasure. BTW, Bankston is located on Music Valley Drive, close to the Grand Ole Opry, the big Mall (my wife liked that) and the Opryland Resort hotel (stunning to simply walk through). We stayed at Yogi Bear's Jellystone which is right next door to Bankston for about 6 nights. We took a shuttle bus trip into downtown Nashville twice, what a great experience! We'll be back to visit both Brad at Bankston and the wonderful, crazy city of Nashville. We were so glad that we made a mini-vacation and great RV purchase on the same trip. Almost forgot, thanks to Jimmy of Bankston, who helped us hook up the WD hitch to get us on the road when it was time to roll home. Jimmy's a good guy!

We had an excellent experience at Bankston. They have a smaller selection than the Bankston Motor Homes in Huntsville but the Nashville location was much more convenient for us. We knew exactly what we wanted as they have an good inventory listed on their website. They let us put a credit card deposit over the phone, and got everything all cleaned and prepared for us to pick up the next morning. It is a family run business and the couple was very easy to work with. They had spent time making sure that all of the moving parts work correctly, and all the keys work. Phil gave me some very helpful tips for my first camper trailer. I hope I don't need to do so for a long time, but I would also take it back to Bankston in Nashville for any repairs.
Awesome experience at Bankston. Stephen Dennis was absolutely wonderful to work with and made the entire process smooth and easy. We drove 300 miles to make this deal and would do it again for sure. Jason Green did our walk through and was completely knowledgeable about the motorhome, took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel totally comfortable for the 5 hour drive home.
