Purchased a rv from Baileys 3 months ago customer service is by far the best I ever delt with dealing with rvs and this is number 5 for me. Steve was my sales man quick easy and very knowledgeable about the rvs on his lot. I work out of town and have has issues with my hot water heater not heating on gas or electric it had power everything was checking out but just couldn’t pin point the issue called him we was on the phone for 30 minutes he sent me a whole new circuit board over night for it thinking that was issue since neither gas or electric worked. Installed still didn’t work 30 more minutes checking things and nothing finally took the little compositor off and hooked it direct and now we have hot water. Thanks Steve for your help. Highly recommend Baileys RV for your next rv you will not be disappointed before or after the sale.
