Wow for first timer RV people we went to the right place! I am a bit late on writing this review, which should have been done in Feb. Arlington RV has been with us all the way, starting with our sales person Lou who showed us the all weather Montana's on a cold and rainy day no less. We decided on the Montana High Country approx. 41 ft I asked Lou if they could install a washer and dryer, a new king mattress, and back camera? NP they had them installed. We explained we had to get a truck and we would need the 5th wheel hitch installed as well which again NP Lou explained we needed the sliding hitch since we got the 6ft bed.. they got all done in no time... Then of course we meet with their finance man (I can’t for the life of me remember his name, and I had his card. It’s been a while I apologize)which I told him I wanted the best aftermarket warranty since we got the 2018 model and off course NP! We told all staff we didn't know anything at all, all of them were so helpful!! They gave us a starter package which had a lot of plugs and hoses even some RV TP. Lou explained that the day we take it their guy will go through the entire process A-Z which Zach & Justin did. Lou ordered an Atlas for us as a gift we really appreciated his thoughtfulness..also Zach drove it out of the back parking for us. We can't forget the parts dept. They saved use money where they could recommend the mattress & camera very helpful. We also were introduced to their manager who was very kind. Now for the best part, I had several minor issues once we got settled and they sent their tech out the next week and had them fixed. Rick was awesome. He’s been in that business doing it for 30 years. He also just came back to fix a few other minor things and got it all done really quickly and he is so professional!They really do stand by their warranty, I will keep you updated but for now they have been wonderful. I would highly recommend doing business with them.
The service department at Arlington RV is stellar. I am 1200 miles from home base and had an issue requiring attention. They fit me into their schedule without any hassle - even though I didn’t purchase my class B camper van through them. Justin and the team came through for me and made it so that I didn’t have to delay my travel back home. I highly recommend them!
9/25 Arlington RV Supercenter We normally purchase items in the store related to RVing. Good store selection. Our main spot in Rhode Island to dump black and grey water, then fill the propane.
We looked high and low for the right RV. When we went to visit Arlington RV to view a travel trailer that looked like a good deal it was the customer service and no pressure environment that won us over. Mike was our salesmen who was super knowledgeable, kind, and patient (we are first time buyers with a million questions). Bill, “The Finance Guy” was amazing and patient, super fun to talk too. Zack was our “handyman” who did the orientation for us so we could get to know how to work the trailer and connect the trailer to our truck - so patient. They went above and beyond for us when we had some set backs with our plans, I can’t say enough about this family run business, they are amazing.
So far I've only visited to dump my gray/black tanks and for small accessory purchases but the service at the counter is second to none. I'm always treated like family. I would recommend Arlington to anyone that requires anything whether it be minor or major repairs and services.
