I dealt with Edgar from Pasco Appleway RV he was very helpful with any questions i might have had, which i had many as i was a first time RV buyer. He was upfront and very honest he found me the perfect used RV. I trusted him enough to buy without personally seeing! I have never in my whole 62 years ever bought a big purchase without personally seeing it but I took a chance and I’m very happy. We bought a 2011 keystone cougar 25 foot. Tawney helped with the financing and they really worked on getting me the best deal for what they were working with lol. Good job Pasco Appleway, and by the way they took my trailer to liberty Lake Washington where I picked it up and they were very nice at liberty Lake Washington Appleway RV also. Edgar and Bridgette at Appleway couldn't have been more honest and/or more helpful. They had the RV we wanted, but they are 2 states away from us, and there was some confusion about the hitch and pin box matching up. They contacted the hitch company numerous times and got a letter from them to ensure everything was good to go. They said the rig was clean and it is...it looks and smells brand new. We are very happy.
We had an awesome experience at Appleway! Jason took care of everything we needed. We were across the street and ready to give up on RV shopping after visiting camping world and then came over here and had a much better experience. I won’t shop for RVs and Accessories anywhere else from now on!
We had an amazing experience in a difficult situation!! On a Sunday afternoon we had a breakdown with our Motorhome! We called Bridgette Tiffany, and she made sure we made it home safely!! Our Motorhome had to have some service quickly before our next scheduled trip!! Steve, our favorite service technician, made sure it was repaired and ready for our next trip!! We bought our first ever motorhome from Appleway RV in Spokane and I have to say it was an awesome experience. They let us camp in our new motorhome right on their lot so we could get to know our investment and make sure everything was working. We were treated extremely well and the little things we found were fixed immediately. The staff trained us on the all the functions. When we drove our motorhome away we were completely comfortable driving and setting up camp.
