We are really enjoying our new RV from Appleton Camping Center! Todd went above and beyond to get us into a larger rig for our growing family. The whole process could not have been easier or more transparent for us. We really appreciated the personalized service and, with Todd’s help, even had a little fun surprising my kids at the shop with the new RV in a little rouse involving our old RV, new RV, and donuts—they will never forget that! From getting our hitch transferred and setup, to addressing a couple small items under warranty—we were taken care of every step of the way.
We purchased a Coachmen travel trailer and took delivery in April of 2025. The dealer setup and prep was perfect. Luke and Todd went over the operations and features and insured our Coachmen trailer was perfect. There were no added costs and And all was included on our purchase. Thanks again for a 5 star performance.
Incompetent service department. I took my Winnebago to Appleton Camping Center to have an issue with my slide repaired. They charged me the $185 evaluation fee and told me the technician had made a minor adjustment, but could not repair it. In actuality he made the problem much worse. I took my Winnebago to another RV repair guy, and he fixed it in about 20 minutes and only charged me $125. It was a simple fix. I watched him do it. I called to discuss this with Todd the owner of Appleton Camping Center. He spoke with me briefly once and said he would check the service order and get back with me. He never called me back. After a few days I tried calling Todd again they told me he was busy, but he would call me back. He never did call me back. I waited another few days, called for Todd, again they told me he would call me back, but he never did. I would not recommend you take your RV to Appleton Camping Center for service work.
From walking in "just to look", to making the decision to buy our Remote 16R, to picking it up, and buying all the items necessary for worry free camping, everything was smooth as silk and the entire staff at Appleton Camping Center was more than helpful in making this a great experience! AND we love our camper!
Went to Appleton Camping Center "just to look" to see what they had for travel trailers. I walked in and ran into Brandon (Salesman) and asked him to show me a couple of campers. He walked outside with me and asked me what we wanted in a camper. He showed me quite a few but the one that stood out the most was a 2022 Rockwood 8336BH. Brandon was very knowledgeable about the unit and walked me through everything! He definitely sold it to me! I brought my husband back there to look at all of the campers and again, the Rockwood stood out to him as well. Travis (Finance Gentleman) walked us through the camper on that day. We sold our camper that we had owned and I went back to Appleton Camping Center and asked Brandon to start the paperwork! Three days later we pulled our beauty off the lot! (Just in time for Wisconsin deer camp!) We also purchased a new hitch system from them so we had the privilege of working with the service guys. Everyone was a pleasure to work with! We look forward to breaking in our new girl and enjoying our time in the woods! We highly recommend Appleton Camping Center! Thank you ALL for your help!
