I can't say enough good about the dealership, the folks that work there and the phenomenal customer service. First of all, Gary was a joy to work with and allowed us time to make a tough decision. His response to us was always timely and helpful. Secondly, we went back to contemplate our decision, this is when we met Scott. He took the time inside the units to discuss pros/cons, etc. I know they were busy, but we never felt rushed. Last but not least Jamie..... I can't say enough. He's messaged back after hours, he and Gary delivered our unit when the shop was closed and have dealt with a few glitches in the unit with class, poise, patience and quick response. The service crew even showed up after hours to help us. I can't say enough about how pleased we are with the unit and the dealership we got it from. If you're looking for a truly family oriented dealer that cares, this is your stop. I would give ten stars if I could. So, thank you to the American Campers family for all you've done for us.
Purchased a used camper here, it was silicone together, boards underneath the siding was rotted out, would recommend purchasing elsewhere.
Stopped by here to check out their vehicles they had for sale. Looked at a Silverado they said wasn't for sale yet. Told them I had cash to pay for it and to contact me as soon as it became available for sale which was suppose to have been 1-2weeks and month later I hear nothing so I had to go buy a truck elsewhere.
Our new 2022 Montana 3121RL. This was our third purchase form American Campers. Scott and Gary ordered this unit for us and were great in having it ready to go when we arrived.
