Buying an RV is a big decision. Use this guide to shop All About Fun RV Rental and Sales's inventory with confidence.
Set your budget first
RV prices range from under $10,000 for used travel trailers to $300,000+ for Class A diesel pushers. Know your number before you browse. Use SearchShop's payment estimator on any All About Fun RV Rental and Sales listing to model monthly costs.
Pick the right RV type
Travel trailers and fifth wheels need a capable tow vehicle. Class B and C motorhomes offer an easier entry point. Class A motorhomes give the most space. Ask the team at All About Fun RV Rental and Sales which type fits your camping style.
Inspect these on every unit
Check the roof for cracks or soft spots (signs of water damage). Open every slideout and look for seal wear. Run all appliances. Test the generator, AC, and water heater. Check the underbelly for rust or damage.
Know the weight ratings
Every RV has a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR). Overloading causes tire blowouts and frame damage. Compare the GVWR against your intended load before committing.
Review service records
Ask All About Fun RV Rental and Sales for any available service history. Regular maintenance records — oil changes, roof resealing, slide service — signal a well-cared-for unit.
RV loans are specialized. Knowing the basics helps you get the best deal when financing through All About Fun RV Rental and Sales in Ramona, California.
Typical Loan Terms
10 to 20 years is typical for larger RVs. Shorter-term loans save on total interest.
Down Payment
10% to 20% is typical. A larger down payment reduces monthly costs and total interest paid.
Pro Tip

After our 4 minute walk thru (Seriously!) we picked up the RV it was NOT as pictured. Peeling upholstery, stained floor and it was filthy on the outside. Apparently it had been to Burning Man the week before (!) We had issues with A/C and called and they were not very helpful. Upon returning the RV we asked if we needed to sign anything and the guy said "No, you're good" No final inspection. An hour later we get a call from them saying there was a big scratch on the roof of the RV. We knew nothing about it. They IMMEDIATELY filed a claim with our insurance company! Needless to say, we are fighting it and will NEVER use or refer this shoddy company to anyone. It was Not all About Fun.
If you need parts for your RV or trailer then this is the place for you if they don't have the part then it doesn't exist they do the best they can to get the part you need and a lot of the time they have the part at the store when you go in and talk to Dave he knows his stuff last couple times I've gone in there he's had the part and help me figure out how to install the part
Excellent Customer Service Brought my motorhome in for a refrigerator issue and was impressed by their professionalism from start to finish. The team worked on diagnosing the problem quickly and kept me informed throughout the process. Their honest approach and excellent communication made what could have been a frustrating situation much easier. Great customer service and integrity. Would definitely use All About Fun RV again!
I purchased a 2025 Forrest River Salem Villa, had it delivered only to find out that they must of used it for breaks or whatever because the had set up the Firetv for 3 separate people. Then the shower would not drain it kept flooding the bathroom, took apart the drain to fond a big ole nasty hairball clogging the drain, do i fixed that. We called to tell them about it and all they had to say was they only put water in was to test the drains. I wouldn’t buy anything from them again!!!!!!! Was very disappointed!!!!!!
These guys are fantastic. They work quickly on hard to find parts and they are honest. I have a palomino colt pop up camper and I’ve searched everywhere for parts but these guy fabricated new ones for me that work like a charm. Every few years I take it in for maintenance and I’m never disappointed.
