Rocky was amazing! Before we left Texas he ensured we had all of the information we needed to feel confident with our purchase. He provided detailed videos and connected us with service to make sure they had what we needed when we got there. When we saw the unit, it was exactly as presented. Zero surprises!!! Rocky, Joe and team had all of the paperwork waiting for us when we got there. They provided a detailed walk through and checked on us along the way. This was an amazing experience and would highly recommend them. We would be willing to drive from Texas to Utah again to make a deal. Highly recommend!! And huge shout out to Rocky!
Galley cabinet fell off. Whole thing, broken dishes, shattered glass top on the stove! Called Airstream and sent them pictures of the disaster! We were in Winnemmuca ,NV so it took some time to reach the shop. They managed to fit our repair into the schedule and by 2 pm the next day, we were on our way to continue our vacation travels! Stove glass was special order so that didn't get fixed. Good guys!
On our way from CA to WY we had a mishap and broke one of the side windows on our Globetrotter. To make matters worse, we were heading into some wet weather. I called Airstream of Utah since we’d be passing through the area. I spoke with Jimi who took matters into his own hands, called me back to tell me they had a window and if we got there by 4:30 (30 minutes before closing) they’d get it fixed. Everyone was so incredibly kind and helpful. They got the window fixed quickly and we were on our way. I think what impressed me the most was that they were willing to help us even though it was so close to closing time. They could have pushed us off until the next day but they worked with kindness and integrity.
They had the exact trailer we wanted and indicated a willing to trade in our 2024 25’ Airstream Globetrotter for it. We reached an agreement quickly and they checked out all the systems before we purchased.
Jimmi is very knowledgeable of Airstreams and that is hard to find at other dealerships we have been. Facilities are very adequate for the product . We travel from out of state to see the latest models and if we need to upgrade we will definitely buy from Airstream of Utah
