Best decision we ever made!! Going to INLAND EMPIRE Airstream for service was a great experience from the second we walked in! William was very helpful, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us with our Interstate 19, and the same can be said about Edward who worked in our rig…Edward was amazing, he was kind, patient and professional. Both William and Ed ward were able to detect the problem and fix it in a couple day something another company could not fix in over 7 weeks…we are so grateful and will be loyal clients from now on…do not hesitate as you will be very well taken care of here!! Great staff, great customer service and very responsive to my needs. Kept me informed of the status every step of the way. My Bambi Airstream was ready when promised. Will and the staff did a great job not only Walbernizing my Bambi, which looks brand new again, but in fixing my very minor inside issues. Would definitely visit again. Our experience was fantastic. Leon was highly knowledgeable and addressed all my questions. Scott Murphy and the finance team provided all the necessary details to finalize our purchase.
