January of 2022, we purchased a 2017 Fleetwood Pace Arrow 38k from Advanced RV Center in Okeechobee, Florida. We are very pleased with our purchase. We made the decision to buy after viewing the RV online and speaking with Pat at the sales office. We drove over nine hours to Florida to see the RV in person and to complete the purchase. We found the RV to be even better than what was presented in Pat’s demonstration video. Pat was great to work and very knowledgeable. He treated us and our business transaction with the highest integrity. I would not hesitate to purchase another RV from Pat at Advanced RV Center.
Pat was awesome, gave me a great deal and hooked me up with local tire rep. He worked with me to get the RV, I was an out of state purchaser. Great communication, every time I had a question even after purchasing he always picked up and answered my questions on first call. I would highly recommend this place for anyone purchasing an RV.
We found our coach at Advanced RV Centers via RV Trader. The whole transaction was on the phone since we are not in Florida. The 2 things that caught our attention was the great reviews online and how CLEAN the coach was. Pat was absolutely a joy to work with. The coach was exactly as he had presented it online. After we arrived to pick up the coach, the awning stopped working. Pat immediately offered to credit me for the cost of having it repaired. This is not a big box RV center The service is personal and family oriented, From buying an RV or getting serviced on repairs on your coaches or trailers, This is a one stop place ,give them a try you won’t regret it. My wife and I bought a used RV from Pat about 9 months ago and we love it so much! We were very impressed with Pat, he really cared about making sure the RV was in good condition for us to take it on trips right away. My wife and I were looking for an affordable starter RV since we had never owned one before, but it had to be large to fit us and our 9 kids. We searched the internet all over the country, and Pat had the best deal of anywhere in the US for what we were looking for, and he is conveniently located only about an hour from us. He had a yr 2000 Fleetwood Bounder diesel that only had about 58k miles on it at the time for a good price. When we took it for a test ride, Pat was surprised to find that the RV was slow to accelerate and he said that hadn’t been a problem before. Even still we were happy with the RV and would have bought it as it was, but Pat was not content to sell us the RV without it being perfect. He worked to get it fixed and after taking it to a few local places that couldn’t get him the answer to fix it, he drove it about an hour and a half away to the Cummins diesel repair shop and spent about 7k of his money to replace the fuel pump before selling it to us. We took it for a test ride again after the fuel pump was replaced and wow what a difference it made! A few months after buying the RV I brought it into Cummins to have a sensor replaced, and they confirmed that Pat had the fuel pump replaced there. I am so thankful that Pat took the time, effort, and money to sell us a great RV! After spending that extra 7k of his own money, he did not charge us any more than our initially agreed upon price and he ended up not really making much if any profit on the sale, but he did earn a loyal customer! Fast forward to now, we have put about 10k miles on it and she runs and functions beautifully! We are so happy and have made so many great family memories in the RV and look forward to many more! Whenever are ready to upgrade we will definitely check in with Pat to see what he has available! It is rare these days to find honest people who care more about the customer than the sale, but we found that Pat at Advanced RV Center is one of those rare people! Thank you Pat!
