After decades of searching, my dad finally found his dream car. My dad purchased a 1965 Mustang from Laguna Classic Cars and had a great experience. My dad spoke to Andy over the phone and found him to be extremely knowledgeable and professional. After the phone call, my dad decided to make the drive to Laguna to see the car in person. While the images on the car listing were nice, they didn't do the car justice as it looked better in person. At the dealership, my dad was able to meet with Andy and Rob, who were approachable and able to answer any questions he had about the car. Having spoken to many car salesmen during the search for his dream car, my dad felt that Andy was truly genuine and honest. He felt comfortable doing business with Andy, which ultimately played a significant role in his decision to purchase the car. Overall, my dad is extremely happy with his Mustang and couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience.

I bought a vintage Chevrolet car from Andy. I live on the East Coast so it was not practical to go check the car out. I had many conversations with him about the car and any issues. Here is the main part of the listing: "Nice restoartion of a solid and original car that presents very well and is a multiple car show winner.. This car runs and drives well and is relatively modern for this period with an easy starting 6 cylinder engine and 3 speed floor shifter. The was restored approximately 12 years ago including and engine and transmission rebuild. Interesting features include front windshield and rear facing glass that rolls up and down for comfort and a rear window shade. Recent work included new brakes, and new spare tire tubes. It is currently registered in California. A large assortment of extra parts come with the car including 2 wheels, starter motor, gear box, This Chevrolet drives as great as it looks!" I negotiated a price and wired the money as requested. There is no way to get a refund if the car is not as listed. The tires were in need of being replaced and I asked him to send me the size. He sent me pictures of tires that "appeared " to be my tires; Firestone 7.00-16. So I ordered those tires so I would have them to put on the car after I received it. They were NOT pictures of my tires. The car has 4.75/5.00×19. Now I have to pay return shipping on those tires. I was having a difficult time finding a shipping company to move the car, so I ended up using "his" shipping company. When I received the car, I found out he marked that up $700. When the shipping company showed up to pick the car up at his dealership, it wouldn't start, battery was old and dead. The car was loaded and headed to me. The driver called me to give me an ETA and had told me before delivery they had to put it on battery charger to start it, so I had bought a new battery. When the car arrived, it wouldn't start again so I installed it. It started. Tried to put in gear to drive it off the trailer, couldn't get it in gear, clutch pedal went clear to the floor. Had to force it into gear to get it off the trailer. I had the car dropped at a location that could handle a large tractor trailer, the street at my house could not. Because of the clutch issue, I had to have a rollback come get the car and take it to my garage. When I questioned him about these issues, his response was it is a used, old car!!! What did I expect!!! The listing for the car and our discussions were ALL LIES. I probably would not have bought this car in this condition without being able to drive it to see what else is wrong. Andy definitely misrepresented this car. I looked at the reviews on HIS website, all 5 stars, because he doesn't put ANY BAD REVIEWS THERE!!! I should have looked farther, there are LOTS of bad reviews here. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!!
