Great place to buy a bike. The staff is nothing short of great! Staff was very kind and knowledgeable especially coming in as a first time rider. Just got my first service done and staff again was nothing short of amazing. Went over general maintenance of the bike and said I could always call if I had any questions.
Kind people, but the service advisors don’t do their job properly. On my visit, I noticed bolts missing, and when I asked about it, I was given excuses far too quickly. I wasn’t satisfied and made sure to let them know. I had trusted them to handle my first service—especially since a friend recommended them—but my experience fell short of expectations. If you choose to get service done here, I strongly recommend double-checking their work afterwards. Go over the bike carefully and even retighten the bolts yourself if needed. Trust is important in service, and unfortunately, I can’t say they earned mine. Motorcycle was 2025 Kawasaki Ninja 650
I'm sooo glad they work on Hondas! I like that it's a dealership & shop. I feel like they maybe need more workers & can do more selling & make the spot more appealing w/some type of light background music. They have a decent selection of bikes but should also wipe them down sometimes... a few were dusty. They also sell helmets & somewhat gear
