Came in to just look around for a small used beginners bike for my son, and the owner came in and heard the story and took care of us like family. In all my years, I've never experienced what kindness and expertise in customer service would feel like. Great job, guys, for taking care of us like family.
Has a 450 ho advertises at $5694 plus tax nothing online says anything about a fee or shipping and handling But when you drive two hours and get there they add on well over $1000 in fees … came out just under $8000 with $1000 off… not recommend…they will show a deal just to get you in the door and it will be well over the price listed!
What a nightmare. I spent $32000.00 on a Polaris Northstar and then paid another $20000.00 in accessories. Here is where it starts I give them a huge check for a deposit and then they tell me 4 weeks later they didn't order any of the parts because they needed me to pay for them. This was never disclosed. It takes them forever to get the parts and finally 3 months after I purchased the machine I was able to use it. I brought it back to my camp and the first time I used the lights all the electric went out on the machine. The vent covers all started popping off. I also had to bring it back because they couldn locate a snorkel for the machine so they just didn't put it on and I explained I needed that and then they did locate and I had to bring it back again to install that. Then the big one was when the front axle came off. So the new general manager Ed accused me of doing something to it. This was while I was driving on a gravel road and I explained I'm 61 and I use my machine for hunting not stunt jumping and mudding. He was very harsh and came across as though I am a liar. I brought it back in once again and they fixed it with a new axle to only have it fall off again the next time I used it. Imagine all these trips on my dime back and forth each and every time. Along the way I dealt with the CEO Dennis who was very responsible and cordial. So then Ed calls me to let me know that now they are adding another part so it doesn't happen again and makes me pay for it. Now mind you I bought a machine that was supposed to be fully equipped. They call me to tell me it's ready and I asked if they could deliver it and they wouldn't do it ......so back I go. Now the best part I leave at 430 am to pick up my machine and when I get there it's not running properly so I leave my trailer there by front of building because I dont have a lock for it and this unprofessional manager Ed calls me up and starts threatening to tow my trailer and tells me my machine is fine and I have 27 minutes to get to his store or he is towing my trailer. I mean he was using a threatening demeanor and flat out being extremely aggressive and rude. Well after all I have been there I shot back with some words of my own to only have him hang up on me. Fortunately the mechanic called me back and apologized for his demeanor. I hurry to the store and magically my machine was working fine. I go to talk to this manager Ed who then tells me they have done enough for me and I was out of line for where I parked my trailer and then gets up in my face and starts telling me that I am the problem. Then he walks right up to me while pointing his finger in my face and says I am not welcome here anymore. This has to be the most unprofessional man I have ever met and he is a disgrace to the company. I intend on taking this up with the owner and will never ever do business with the place again. What a nightmare and I can't believe this place is still in business
