Their shipping crew reached out the day before the bike arrived to let me know when he would be in and gave me updates with a smooth delivery. Even had a an issue after receiving the bike where one of my saddle bag speakers was blown and Seth replaced the speakers having them shipped to my door. Would definitely recommend these guys. Was just browsing their inventory on their website and was quickly contacted by Levi Smith and he asked what I was looking for so I told him and I knew blacked out street glides are expensive. But we talked about 10-15 minutes and he showed me a 2016 in the color of COSMIC BLUE. It took about 45 min for him to fax me a contract and I had bought it and was waiting delivery!!! Then I got turned over to Hunter Blackmon and he had it getting detailed and inspected in a matter of minutes after they were overnighted the contract. Super cool guys to deal with and they do try to stay in contact with you until the bike is loaded for transport!!! I bought this bike for absolutely ZERO DOLLARS OUT OF POCKET!!!! It was delivered on a Sunday which was yesterday at 6:05 p.m. as I was about to leave for work!!! I had to wait and ride it around the block before going into work!!! If you’re looking for a great deal and have a little time give these fellers a holler!!! I’m over the moon with my bike and the experience of this crew!!!
