I purchased a 2025 Kawasaki mule here on 11/22/2025. Their website had the one I wanted listed for $15,969. I had put down a deposit days in advance for this unit, so the day of purchase should be fairly quick and easy. But It took hours to complete this process and I'm not sure why. During the process Daniel, the sales guy, said "hey, this unit has ripcord GPS, so you'll be able to track it if stolen etc.." I thought, ok great. I also paid an additional $324.81 to have a roof installed while there and paid $2,199 for pre-paid maintenance. I walked out after all charges and after a $500 cash down with a $24,114.97 amount to pay. After I got home I saw there were freight and dealer prep charges totaling $2,390. This is higher than any other ATV shop I checked, but it was listed in the fine print on their website, so that is fine. But I also saw Daniel charged me $1,299 for the Ripcord GPS. I emailed Daniel letting him know that I wasn't asked if I wanted this feature, but since it came on the unit and the unit was advertised for $15,969, it should be included in the price. I have emailed Daniel multiple more times, stating I want this charge removed or refunded and I cannot get a response. I have since read reviews and noticed people have stated the exact same issue about this dealership. I wont be back or have my UTV serviced here.
My son and I went here to buy his first bike and these guys are great! They were not pushy at all, very accommodating and patient with us, and yes, they have gorgeous bikes to choose from! If you're in the market for a new one, I'd highly recommend checking this place out!
I highly recommend if you are in need a of a new ATV,, UTV or motorcycle, go see Jessica at Grapevine Powersports . I purchased a new UTV and it was the easiest experience. Jessica immediately greeted me as I walked in and asked what I was looking for. She went and grabbed the keys within a couple of minutes of being there and we went in a quick test drive. She mentioned to me she was fairly new to sales but she was very professional , knowledgeable and personable. What she did not know she got quick answers. Daniel handled the business end of the deal and was absolutely great and straight forward which makes purchasing a toy like this much easier. Thank you for an easy and great experience today

The buying experience was great. We bought a brand new sxs and paid cash for it. It has now been well over a month and we still have not received our title. I have called several times and every time I call, Crystal ( apparently the only one that has anything to do with titles) is not in. I had called last Friday, again Crystal was not in, and a gentleman told me he has some stuff but didn’t know if it had been mailed out to me. I told him obviously it hasn’t, or I would not be calling. He said that he would leave a note for Crystal and that I would hear back from them today Jan. 5, 2026. As of 3 pm I still had not heard anything, so I called them back. Guess what… Crystal had called in sick today. I don’t know what is going on, I just want my title. She is supposed to be in tomorrow morning at 9 am. I will be calling and I hope she has an answer for me.
