I recently taken my Daytona 675R here for body/engine work after a collision. The labor prices were incredibly fair and service was fantastic. The techs did a great job and the service was pretty quick. I would like to especially recognize Rob in the service department for being very communicative and having great customer service. Would definitely recommend getting your triumph serviced and/or repaired here.

Triumph Indianapolis is an absolutely top tier dealership with an incredible service department!! I was on a cross-country ride on my 2009 Speedmaster and ran into problems north of Indianapolis on the first day of my trip from near Toronto down to New Mexico and Colorado. My bike broke down in the middle of the night and I had to get it towed to Triumph. (Note, the breakdown was caused by a non-Triumph service appointment that happened right before my trip started.) I arrived at Triumph a little after they had opened thinking that my trip was over and that I would be flying back to Toronto. Matt at the Service desk said that they would try to fit it in and see what the problem was, but they weren't sure whether they would be able to fix any problems that day, especially if it needed parts. I hadn't eaten anything for about 12 hours, so the brewery and Mexican restaurant next door was a welcome place to grab lunch. I got a call from Matt about an hour later, who said that my bike was good to go and that Rob would talk to me when I came to pick it up. Rob, Matt and the rest of the guys at Triumph provided quick and professional service and got me back on the road within a couple of hours. What I thought was going to be a disappointing end to my trip ended up being a great side adventure. Indy Triumph's new facility is excellent!! They have a beautiful showroom with tons of bikes, clothing, helmets, and other kit. Ironically, this isn't the first time i've been on a ride and passing through Indiana needing an emergency service (tire repair). I am thankful that Triumph Indianapolis has always come through in a pinch. I got to enjoy the rest of my ride!! Thanks guys!!! Andrew

Since discovering Triumph Indianapolis just a few months ago, I've purchased 2 bikes from this treasure of a dealer. To those considering checking them out, I issue this warning: you won't want to leave! - at least not empty-handed. Your eyes will boggle at the incredible inventory and range of in-stock models. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help you find exactly what you want, including custom add-ons and service. I only wish we lived closer! But it's absolutely worth the drive from Cincinnati for us. You guys are the best! :)
