If I had to sum up this place in one word, it'd simply be...Rare. The facility itself is simply beautiful. Immaculately kept, and amazing bikes everywhere. I've only really dealt with one person through the entire process, Cory, and he is the reason I chose the word rare for the description. He was there on a Sunday so nobody else had to come in. He is extremely professional, welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly. Immediately upon meeting him, I felt as though we were long time friends. Now, I wasn't there looking for the most expensive things they had, but that didn't matter to him at all. He took his time and showed me whatever I wanted, and never made me feel rushed or pressured at all. I also had my kids with me, one of which is a wild 6 year old and he went above and beyond to make them feel just as welcome. It's not often you meet someone like him, especially in his position and leading by example. When the decision was finally made, the buying process was extremely simple and fast, and they even went the extra mile as to deliver the bike to me. I drove a little over 2 hours to get there and knowing what I know now, I would have driven 5 times that. I simply can not recommend this place enough. Even though I have another dealership 30min from me, I will gladly return here the next time I'm looking for something.

Give this place your business, you will not be disappointed. The Rahal Ducati team is hands down the BEST. I've never had a buying experience even came close. I purchased a Ducati Panigale V4S from Matt and had a ton of accessories and performance mods I wanted to add. John in parts was unbelievably helpful through the ordering process and made crucial suggestions to ensure the final product exceeded expectations. Justin in service is an absolute miracle worker. There's few places in the country that the same mechanic that does work for a professional race team is applying that high level expertise to maintaining bikes for the average Joe/ weekend warrior like me. I cannot stress how much of a difference this made. He took the time and walked me through everything to expect from the upgrades, what to look out for, and the extra touches he did to ensure longevity of all the mods. I was blown away with the way he went above and beyond with every detail as if it was his own bike. His attention to detail and knowledge of these bikes unmatched. As if that weren't enough, they have their paint protection crew that installed a PPF on all of my unique carbon parts flawlessly. They're well versed in unique wraps and protective films from all the exotics they work with and their experience shows. I've never been more pleased with my service anywhere and it's rare I write a review, but Rahal Ducati is an impeccably ran business on an unbelievably cool new campus with rare hyper cars and bikes all over the place that I would've never expected to see in Indiana. Even if you aren't buying anything, the new campus is worth a visit. Can't recommend this place enough!

I just purchased a '24 Panigale V2 from Rahal Ducati and it was the best buying experience I've ever had. Seriously. Graham and his team are top notch. They didn't even have the bike I was looking for, but they were able to find it and transfer it from another dealer. I worked with Cory for nearly two weeks and not once was there ever a pushy sales tactic or lack of communication. I felt like his only customer. I'm in Tennessee and never even set foot in the dealership. The deal was done 100% remotely, and it immediately felt like I was working with a long time friend. The icing on the cake was when I told Cory about my plans to pick up the bike and he said don't worry about it, they'll deliver it. I'm still picking my jaw up off the floor. Before this, I reached out to a dealer in North Carolina who refused to deliver even if I paid for it. The only person I met from Rahal Ducati was Jarrad, who delivered my bike today. He was absolutely awesome as well. TLDR; Rahal Ducati set the bar so high that everywhere else will be a disappointment.

The Rahal Performance Complex is an awesome place that I’ve visited several times and always enjoyed. This is my first Ducati, a Ducati Panigale V2 Bayliss. The Rahal Ducati staff are fantastic, they took great care of me and made the entire buying experience incredibly smooth. They go above and beyond to ensure you have the best experience possible.

Just had my bike serviced at Rahal and needed to share the exquisite service and customer care. Steve went above and beyond to check in with me earlier in the day to make sure I didn’t forget and he took care of me when I showed up early with the bike. Service was done while I waited and the rest of the team chatted and took me through their new line up and answered all of my questions. No heavy sales push or anything, just great people talking about bikes! They got me out in a timely fashion and the bike looks and runs great! Great price too for such a prestigious brand and dealership.
