The rest of the team provided a tour of their facilities and service. If you’re coming from out of state, these guys make it easy.
We experienced amazing customer service from the moment we walked into Tom Wood Powersports Indianapolis. Trenton and Nick went above and beyond to make sure our BMW motorcycle purchase was successful. From start to finish they provided us with unprecedented support. The only hiccup we had was with the financial aspect and we feel it could use some changes. However it did not impact the overall experience. We would recommend this business to anyone who has a need for a motorcycle in the future.
I live in southern Indiana, two hours away from the Tom Wood BMW Motorrad Service Center, and it has been worth every penny to make the drive up and have my motorcycle serviced here. In my opinion, it would be impossible to have a better service experience and these are my thoughts as to why that is. There were a couple issues that had concerned me with my 2019 single R, valve noise and the quick shifter stopped working. I was close to my valve adjustment service so I figured I’d get both of those issues addressed at the same time. After a lot of research on forums, I had a list of questions and Chris is the first one in the service department I spoke with by phone. This was not a typical conversation with a service writer. Chris addressed every single one of my concerns and was highly knowledgeable about the brand. The day I arrived I met another gentleman named Rob at the service counter. I was apprehensive about the hand off of my bike because the service concerns were so detailed. The transition between Rob and Chris was seamless!! Through the repair process I received text message updates about very specific details with concerns that I had with the repair. On the day Of pick up I took a test drive before I headed out. I noticed A few things that were slightly different on the bike, besides what had been discussed. It seems that the Adam, the technician that had performed the service made some simple tweaks to improve performance and prevent costly repairs in the future. Awesome!! Before I left, I had a question about my cruise control. Mike, the BMW Master tech was very familiar with common failures, identified the part in question, had it ordered and on its way to my house before I left, he even sent me on my way with a couple tips for the install. Even when I went to another area of the building to pay for the part I had ordered, Adrian was like a old friend who talked about his love for riding, and couldn’t wait to tell me about cool products they had on the floor. As a rider, you come to appreciate the critical connection you have with your machine. Every twist, turn, straight line or hazard is a place where you must put your trust and your well-being not only your ride but those who have had their hands on it. These guys not only get it, but share their knowledge. And not only for the repair. What I’ll take away from the experience will make me a better rider and more in tune with the machine I’m on. Thanks guys!
The guys in the shop were great. Incredibly honest. Gave me great options. Prices were very fair. Had my 2021 Indian Scout Bobber serviced. Will definitely be going back.
