We loved our excursion on snowmobiles last weekend. We were worried there would not be enough snow or any snow. But the trail started in snow and we saw a frozen lake and had a great time! Definitely would do this again. Jesse was an awesome guide and showed us all the views and places he loves!
The rooms were super clean! The bathrooms were super clean! The beds were so so so comfy! My husband said the pillows are better than at home. The heater worked amazing!! The only thing i wanted was a full length mirror..lmao. However I am very short so a lot of people could use the half mirror provided . The shower made a funny noise but it was no biggie 😅 I was so happy w this place. I have stayed at a lot of crazy places so I would know...lmao
We came for snowmobile rental that we booked online. Travelled almost 2 hours on a New Year Eve from home with kids just to find out that my child won’t be allowed (and he’s too small to be left alone). 2 snowmobiles for $770 for 4 hrs after 2 hrs of driving and not get anything… There was no age restrictions anywhere on the website, I called at least 6 times on different days leaving voice messages asking this question and never phone was picked up or voice mail returned with an answer. We ended up getting a refund and walking away. We walked right across the street to another rental that had availability (even though I couldn’t order on their website), no age limitations and very accommodating place with no hidden insurance and gear rental cost. 4 hrs is as well too long. The only cleared and recommended trail loop is about 7-8 miles long (as per their map). It took us 1.5 hours, including a mt summit ride. There’s no need in 4 hrs. Update: I gave you a 1 star review because you totally rejected my family’s fun that costed $770 which is way above the marked considered hidden and additional fees. After good faith attempts I was never able to get a response re the age limit and after rejecting us I still don’t know what is the age limit, you promised to place this info on your web page but you never told us. So I don’t come back to you anymore and for families with kids I don’t recommend either. But for other families I recommend to shop around. If you think that refund makes 2 hr drive each way for 5 ppl nothing you are very wrong. I have a right to enjoy my activities especially if I paid a top dollar for that, especially on the Xmas eve. You should communicate better.
I rented a snowmobile from Last Resort today so I could join my husband on his ride, and the experience was fantastic. The customer service was excellent, the facilities were well-kept, and the snowmobile ran perfectly. Pricing was very reasonable for a full day rental. I will definitely be back!
Rented snow machines from them. It was great that you can rent all the gear from them as well to keep you warm including gloves, suit, helmet, and boots. Everyone was friendly and the area that we rode in was fun. Neat place.
