Great people, bought a new ‘26 YZ250FX at the best price in the area. 10% off gear with the purchase, so Gaerne SG12 boots fit the bill. Bike was prepped and loaded. Left happy, all staff were great to work with. Kaitlyn specifically made sure I had everything needed! Highly recommend
Dishonest or Greedy pricing for bikes. Went in to trade a 2020 Harley Road Glide Special for a 2025 Honda Africa twin AS DCT ES. They told me my Harley needed over $1,200 in repairs which included a rear tire that I knew had less than 5k miles on. The final break down came to about $11,300 trade-in value on the Harley and their Africa Twin was over $21,000 OTD. No way! A week later Everett Powersports got the exact same bike in stock and gave me $15,400 for trade-in citing it needed $300 in repairs (far more believable). Somehow, their Africa twin listed at MSRP was only $20,000 OTD (over $1,000 cheaper) and they gave me the 600mi break-in service free of charge. This is now my 2nd showroom bike from Everett Powersports in 5 years and once again very satisfied. I'll still buy gear/ parts here but wouldn't recommend spending big money here.
I recently worked with Corey on my KTM purchase, and I have to say it was one of the easiest and fastest bike purchases I’ve ever experienced. What really stood out was Corey’s honesty and integrity throughout the entire process. There was absolutely no pressure or upselling tactics - just straight business with complete transparency on pricing. His straightforward approach made the whole experience refreshing and stress-free. The level of service was outstanding, and I couldn’t be happier with my new bike. If you’re looking for someone who will treat you fairly and get you exactly what you need without any hassle, I highly recommend working with Corey.
Spent half an hour waiting for someone to say hello. I was ready to buy, but apparently the staff is too busy standing around talking to each other to take my business. It’s unfortunate- I had purchased many bikes from them in the past. Guess I’ll have to drive a little further north to get a KTM. On the bright side, I’ll save some money on sales tax.
I will never do business with Cycle Barn again, especially purchasing a vehicle. I asked Andy in sales for an out-the-door price for their 2025 Ninja 650 ABS they had listed for $7,199 and got back $9,966 without any breakdown and a "fill out the finance application ahead of time and bring two forms of ID" in a very unprofessional e-mail. An additional $2,500 on a 2025 in the off season with no explanation?! I then wrote a very detailed e-mail breaking down why I felt $9,200 was a reasonable counter offer and stating that if we could come to an agreement, I would pick up the bike on Tuesday, their next open business day. Of course I reached out to other dealerships to see if 1. I was being unreasonable and 2. If they could offer me a better price. Tuesday rolls around and I hear nothing from Cycle Barn. What I do get is a call from South Bound Motorsports offering me an out-the-door on a 2026 Ninja 650 ABS that made Cycle Barn look like an embarrassment. Out of respect for Cycle Barn, I told South Bound I wanted to give them the opportunity to respond before committing but if they didn't accept my offer, I would be heading to Bremerton the next day. After still not hearing from Andy, I called Cycle Barn myself. I was transferred to Andy and he picked up the phone as if he didn't even know who I was or why I was calling. Seriously? He then mouthed over my e-mail, I asked him if he needed time to review it, which he said not necessary, and that he didn't think the offer was going to be ok with Pat, his boss. He said he would take it to Pat and call me back. About a half hour later he called and said that Pat would not accept that price and we needed to come closer to $9,900. I told Andy that I had an OTD on a 2026 and I was not interested in going back and forth with him or Pat. I told Andy that if he wanted this sale, he needed to go to Pat, get his offer back to me, and I would review it. About 30 minutes later, Andy called me back and offered $9,700. I said that wasn't going to work for me. He said he understood and wished me the best of luck. About 15 minutes later, he called back again and offered me $9,500. Again, that was only a few hundred under my 2026 offer AND the customer service I received ONLY OVER THE PHONE from South Bound BLEW Cycle Barn out of the water. It was more the principle now for me. Again, I informed Andy that $9,500 was not going to work for me and wished HIM the best of luck. Oh, and the following week, after I had already purchased my 2026 from South Bound, I received an e-mail from Skagit in Burlington offering me an OTD on the EXACT SAME 2025 from Cycle Barn for $9,200. No negotiation, no nothing, just a straight up honest price. Cycle Barn did sell the bike so I hope the person who purchased it didn't get suckered into $9,900. In this process, I reviewed my purchase paperwork for the 2023 Ninja 400 I bought from them and realized they charged me just under 25% for freight/set-up, an additional $2K on the damn thing. That was my mistake for letting them get away with it but when you are so excited to get a new bike, things get missed. It will never happen again and I hope this review helps someone else not get the run-around from this dealership and take the time to ask for a breakdown. FYI - freight from Kawasaki to a dealership is $685 (published). The standard set-up should be NO MORE than 12% as the average is between 8% to 15%. It doesn't cost $200 for licensing, tabs, and a plate, and their computer does the paperwork so always NEGOTIATE NOT PAYING the $200 NEGOTIABLE doc processing fee. And although I won't spend another dime with Cycle Barn, I will say their parts team has always been great. Just stay away from sales!

Buying a motorcycle from Cycle Barn in Marysville, Washington? Follow this checklist before you commit.
Verify the title and VIN
Check the VIN on the frame, engine, and title to confirm they match. Run the VIN through a motorcycle history report. Cycle Barn should be able to provide documentation for any bike in their inventory.
Check the fork seals and bearings
Look for oil weeping down the fork tubes — a sign the seals need replacement. Grab the front wheel and push/pull firmly to check for play in the steering head bearings.
Inspect the chain and sprockets
A worn chain will have excess slack and the sprocket teeth will look hooked or pointed instead of rounded. Chain and sprocket replacement runs $200–$500. Factor that into your offer if it's needed.
Check tire age and tread depth
Look for the DOT date code on the sidewall — tires over five years old should be replaced regardless of tread. Tires are a safety item, not a cosmetic one.
Take a test ride
Confirm the clutch engages smoothly, the brakes feel firm, and the bike tracks straight at speed. Listen for valve noise, exhaust leaks, or electrical issues. A short test ride catches problems a visual inspection misses.
