I cannot say enough about the service and quality and just down home hospitality of Tampa Bay Motorsports. I had gone to a dealer in Crystal River who wanted to put me out the door at a particular price and said that's the lowest he could go. It was a lower end model so I decided that I was going to try some different places and I called Tampa Bay Motorsports. I got with Warner Romahn. Wow! What a wonderful guy. No sales pressure. I told them I was trying to get them to match a price of the place in Crystal River. I called them up and they were able to with the sales manager. Give me a higher end unit for less than the price that I was going to pay there plus the warranty package. What an excellent experience and no pressure it. I cannot say enough about how great they are there. If you need an ATV or UTV then come to Tampa Bay Motorsports.

I’m not someone who usually leaves reviews. I work on the dealership side myself, so I understand how much reviews matter. That said, my experience here was extremely disappointing. My brand-new 2025 SXS went in for a Fox Live Shock repair. Jagger handled my invoice and, once warranty was approved, asked me for a 5-star review—which I gave him, because up to that point he did a great job. After that, everything went downhill. Two weeks passed with no calls or updates. I hadn’t even made my first payment yet (which is not Tampa Bay Powersports’ fault). Being in sales, I asked to speak with management to see if I could possibly move into a different machine. I was open to putting money down or even accepting a $200 higher payment for an upgrade. The GM, GSM, and another manager would not entertain any options. What really stood out was the complete lack of effort to keep my business—no gesture at all, not even something small like a free oil change or a hat. I wasn’t looking for freebies, just some sign they cared about customer retention. I contacted another local powersports dealer who told me the shocks were available at a nearby warehouse—over 10 in stock. I relayed this information to Tampa Bay Powersports and received a very poor response from the service manager. At that point, I asked to pick up my machine, hoping they would try to make things right. Instead, I was simply told to come get it. When I arrived, not a single manager came out to speak with me. My brand-new 2025 SXS was sitting outside uncovered, dirty, and when I loaded it up, I noticed my shock cover was missing and the shock sensor was unplugged. I took my machine to another powersports dealer and they had it repaired within three weeks—even after receiving a bad shock initially. They overnighted a replacement and completed the job properly. Overall, very disappointing experience, especially considering how easy this could have been handled with communication and basic customer care.
Buyers be careful with this dealer! When you buy from them they treat you good when you pay cash! I just purchased a 2025 can am maverick r paid 50k cash for this machine. Used this machine 2 times and the vehicle was in park with music on and it overheated! Took it back to the dealer they said it was my fault since I didn’t know the motor over heated! I agreed to pay the 12k to fix the motor like Paul sent me the paper work for everything. They told me it would be ready 8/9/25 I called they they said they needed more time they said it would be ready 8/13/25 went with my trailer to get it found it with no motor sitting in there parking lot! Asked about it they stated they found more problems never was I contacted or aware of other issues! They took the motor out and now they are saying the transmission is bad too. They became very aggressive when I told them I was taking it. All the accessories were taken off and the arms were all bent from the machine caring it. My friend also has his machine there from the same issue! DO NOT GIVE THIS DEALER YOUR MONEY!! I have videos and pictures of the guys at the dealer treating me horribly!!
