I had a great experience at Love Motorsports. Salesman Travis was awesome. He was very responsive and helpful. The Finance Department made everything easy and clear. This is a very low pressure dealership and I appreciate that. Because of that I will buy from them again and recommend friends to Love as well. A+ thank you!!

We purchased a side by side from them this past weekend and the service was unmatched. Felt welcomed from the moment we walked up to the building. Someone opened the door for us and greeted us with a smile immediately. She asked what our intentions were and directed us to someone who could help us. The entire sales team was fantastic! Special shout out to Sonny and Jon for working so hard on the deal. We hardly had to ask any questions because everything was explained to us in such detail. Although I still had tons of questions because of who I am lol but each team member answered every question without hesitation and directly. We had our six month old with us, which made me very nervous, but the customer lounge was very comfortable for us even with a baby. The delicious latte definitely helped! Sonny even helped us load the machine in the pouring rain which was highly appreciated. I would highly recommend 😊

We had an excellent experience purchasing our side-by-side from Loves. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and weren’t pushy at all. We shopped at other motor sports stores and the difference between Loves and all the other stores was immediately noticed - pricing, warranty and ease of purchase were unmatched. STAY AWAY FROM THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Rebuilt a gsxr750 and took it in to what I thought was going to be a professional dealership based on the good reviews. However all the good reviews are people buying things and all the bad reviews are people getting service. I had requested everything new that you would do on a service since it was a wrecked bike and also a sater cover replacement. Dropped it off Monday so they could work on it Tuesday and they said it would be ready by Friday. I get a call Friday saying “chain has some kinks in it and we recommend replacing it” I then responded “Ik I told u I needed everything new” after a conversation of them trying to deflect the blame they then said it would be ready almost a 1 1/2 weeks from them. I told them no I need it done by the next weekend they said we could do it Friday I then said I need it done by Thursday they then said that was a possibility. They called me and had it done on the next Tuesday. When riding it home noticed the fairing was loose when I went to repair it noticed my seat bolt was loose it never got tight pulled on the bolt and it came right out because they stripped the bolt and never was going to tell me, also the sater cover was spewing oil with less then 300 miles rode on it. Took it back to them to fix what they messed up. It took them another 1 1/2 weeks to fix. When I asked how they fixed it they gave me the dealership run around before ultimately telling me they put lock tight on the bolts for the sater cover which you have to do and to find that out watch any sort of YouTube video or read the manual on how to replace a sater or that’s what happened will happen. For the seat they drilled out my rear subframe (definitely exactly what u should do to a frame) and put a rubber piece with treads in. That to me is not professional at all. When I got the bike it was on empty even though I gave it to them on a full tank of gas so I had to go fill up. I took it 1 min down the road and the bike was overheating looked around and found the air box wasn’t even attached. When i went to go fix it as it’s an easy fix I noticed there was a broken clip in my fairing. When I took it off completely noticed that 3/4 were broken. At that point I did a complete look over of the bike and noticed they took out 2 clips from under the front headlight and never put it back and broke another one in half and but it back in. They Re-routed clutch cable line as a sort of compensation and broke that. When I called them the last time they tried to say it wasn’t them who broke it and they’d have to review camera footage they said it would take 5 days to do that and they’d call me on Friday. Never called me and I had to go down to them the following Tuesday. They never told me about any of this just left it broken and hoped I wouldn’t find out. They ended up ordering everything broken and I just did it myself.

I've owned a motorcycle nearly 29 years of my life. Had a lot of tires changed. Customer care seems to be at the bottom of the priority list here. From the managers on down. BY FAR, this was the most frustrating of my life. It took two hours after it was on the lift for a simple tire change. It should be said that the garage wasn't even busy. I started to think something went wrong. I stayed patient, didn't say anything after the 1.5 hour wait and it came back with rim with the adhesive from all over both sides from where they removed the old wheel weights (see pic) The other service guy, not Jim Mitchell, who seemed reasonable, came out, looked and said oh "they usually send it back to detailing" for a courtesy wash. It went back to detailing to remove the adhesive and be washed. 20 minutes later it came back out. The rim was cleaned and that was it. The rest not even touched. So it went back a 3rd time this time now to "spray it off". After another 25 minutes it came back with what looked to be a wipe down. So after 2 hours, I brought it up to the "Service Advisor", Jim Mitchell. Who acted like he didn't know anything about it and then acted like this was normal, which I can believe it is. He was my contact person the whole time. He saw me waiting, half of the time standing right in front of his desk. Very dismissive and passive aggressive. I finally left. Once on the road, the tire feels like they put a Flintstone tire on it. Not even balanced. I will have to have it rebalanced but not there. They knew I was riding to NY the next day. Horrible service all the way around. I couldn't imagine if they were tasked with a challenging task. If you're around Homasassa/Crystal River. Keep on ridin right past this place. Don't spend a dime there.
