From the first inquiry email to the final paperwork signing, the communication and laid back, no pressure experience had been awesome. Colby was great to deal with. I had a pretty specific motorcycle I was looking for and a more annoying motorcycle to get rid of and trade. I really felt like they did all they could to make the deal work, which I was very appreciative of. I went into the deal with pretty low expectations and came out of it quite pleased. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. I never felt pressured. The only VERY minor feedback I have is that Colby tends to talk over people and occasionally continues to try to close the sale even after it's already been made.
