I had an excellent experience at Bettencourt’s Honda in West Bridgewater from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, Sean and Bronson were extremely kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer my questions, explain my options, and made the entire process feel easy and pressure-free. We purchased a 2025 Honda NC750X, and the entire transaction could not have been smoother. Everything was straightforward, transparent, and handled professionally. I also want to specifically recognize Megan from the sales/finance department—she was outstanding to work with, organized, and very clear throughout the process. Overall, this was one of the best dealership experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend Bettencourt’s to anyone in the market for a Honda motorcycle. Great team and great service.
first time bringing my quad in to get looked at and everyone that I talk to on the phone was very nice and helpful. I drop the quad off, and they offered to help me unload it which was very nice of them. once it came time to pick up my quad. the older gentleman that works at the service department that help me with the appointment for dropping off and picking up my quad was very nice and a solid guy. I wish I remember he's name but I just want to say thanks again for making my experience with Suzuki an A+ and for that I will bring my quad back in again if there something that I can't fix myself
Went for state inspection. Was attended to immediately. Nice and friendly folks there. Thorough inspection. They identified that I had a cracked front tire that needs replacement. Considering that safety is very important in bike riding, I was thankful that they were able to identify it. They offered to sell me a tire and install it immediately. Got it installed and within two hours I was back on road with a new Mass inspection sticker on. The sweetest part was that, the unassuming, Mr. Bettencourt, the owner himself showed me around his bike lot and engaged me answering million questions I had during entire time I was there waiting for the tire installation. I did not even know he was the owner until the very end.
What an absolute pleasure. Bronson went above and beyond to make my first motorcycle purchase a fantastic experience!! I couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you Bettencourt’s Honda. Everyone needs to go see Bronson .
Very friendly the man seems to be very knowledgeable and informational and it seems like pretty good deals very friendly only been here once and talk to the guy once planned on buying another bike to myself.
