I honestly cannot say enough good things about Rockstar Powersports in Brandon. I just bought my very first motorcycle, a Kawasaki Ninja 500 (her name is Shadow 🖤), and the entire experience was better than I ever expected. Tom, Bri, and Eric were amazing from start to finish. As a first-time buyer, I had a lot of questions, and they never once made me feel silly or rushed. They explained everything in a way that made sense, made sure I felt comfortable, and really took their time with me. I never felt pressured or like they were just trying to “make a sale.” It genuinely felt like they cared about me making the right decision for my life. They made the whole process exciting instead of stressful, which meant a lot because buying your first bike is a big deal. I moved to the Brandon Florida area and Rockstar Powersports was one of the first places I decided to breeze through. I went in to look around, and see what prices looked like in Florida compared to Tennessee. The store was clean and well laid out making browsing enjoyable. Classic rock bumping on the stereo inside made the experience even more enjoyable. I was greeted by Paul, who approached me with a zero pressure attitude and pleasant conversation. After looking around a bit I saw a 22’ Ninja 636 that just looked so sharp. A gentleman named Eric approached and we all chatted about this and that. I explained I had just moved and wasn’t ready to buy but I was very curious about my credit. “No problem, we have a fantastic finance team here we can help you with that.” Within 10 minutes I had my answer and was blown away with a deal that was hard to turn down. I asked for a few minutes to think things over in private. They were right, a fantastic team of people made what was a browsing session, into a purchase! By the time I was down with financials my new bike was cleaned, prepped and loaded onto a trailer and they delivered my rocket to my home at no charge. I was then introduced to a gentleman named John, who is obviously from conversation with him very knowledgeable about the gear that I would need for riding. I got fitted for a new helmet, gloves, and a jacket. I got home and just a few minutes later the bike was delivered. From start to finish whether I bought the bike or not, everybody was absolutely fantastic and super friendly. If you’re looking for watercraft dirt bikes, motorcycles, four wheelers side-by-side whatever you need Rockstar Powersports Is the place to go! This morning, I took my new bike out for its maiden voyage. Nothing like blasting down the road on a new motorcycle surrounded by palm trees. What a fantastic experience!! Highly recommend!
