Had a pleasant buying experience Aaron the general manager was really courteous and helpful with any questions I had and makes u feel like your in good hands he tries to get you the bike you want and be helpful in any way he can. I would 100% recommend buying from this dealer or if you wanted you’re bike repaired at this location as well for they offer good financing options if you don’t have the money at the moment to pay for the repair well no worries for you can pay overtime for the repair cost and that way u can get back rolling on your 2 wheels motorcycle or whatever ride u have.The pictures you see is the motorcycle I got from this dealer it’s a nice looking bike that Aaron got me able to finance once again thank you Aaron for your help.🙏
Bought a bike, was told that they assess the bike and there was no major issues. Within an hour of riding the bike, there was an oil leak from bad gaskets/seals on the stator-starter.Also the Shift rod was stripped and fell off while driving. Buying a bike that I was told had no major issues, it seems like there’s a few. I emailed photos and inquired about the damage and never got a return call.
Seth, Aaron and Tommy did a remarkable job getting my new bike ready for me. They fixed a small issue with one of the blinker lights while we waited. They were all three professional and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all our questions. I would recommend Prime to anyone looking for a bike or off-road vehicle!
I found this shop on Google search they are based out of Sanford but this is their Tampa location. Glad I found it, as they have a huge assortment of motorcycles for all riders. The staff is super helpful and very knowledgeable. The transaction was super easy and they had me on my new bike in no time. Would definitely recommend them over other dealers in the area as I have purchased from most of them and they are much easier to deal with.

Very Happy Customer 😊 Now 3 months later review Had the bike 2 months and already running into issues first started with the battery, then front bushings and a oil leak. Now Aaron had got me a warranty on the bike that was a Blessing for some of this but little did I know they fixed the bushings but won't pay for the oil leak which is gonna cost me $774 to get my bike out of the shop, been without the bike 2 weeks. The front bushings were damaged when we got the bike but I didn't notice this and was riding it this whole time and shouldn't of been. I called Aaron and he just says well it's how old and that prime won't help me pay for the oil leak which has been there since I bought it and you wouldn't know unless you checked out the bike before you sold it. All of this is very upsetting to buy a bike finance it and have issues never has happened before and I've been riding and dealing with bikes for a long time. If Aaron would pay for this I might not be so upset cause I believe places should take care of their customers to have them come back again and again. So my advice to anyone thinking of buying a bike from them make sure you ask questions, check the bike out really good and see what the warranty covers cause it won't cover certain things and the oil leak is one of them so why be paying for a warranty.
