Bought a 2025 Princecraft Yukon 140 BT from Jonah Lynn, nice boat. Didn’t know anything about the live well and how it worked. Jonah took the time to explain everything, nice guy. Very knowledgeable about the boat. Very easy going and made sure to make time for me so I understood everything. Couple weeks later I went back to no Powersports in Marine, Wyndham, New Hampshire, and Jonah Lynn made a deal with me for a 3.5 horse Mercury outboard motor, again taking the time to explain all the working parts. Also told me what to do and what not to do with the outboard motor. Thanks to Jonah Lynn’s expert advise and choose of motor and boat. I was able to catch fish like the one in the pictures. Only thing was one of these 22 inch, 9 1/2 lb lake trout caught on Lake Champlain filled the live well. But that’s ok cause we brought a large cooler. Cody is a prodigious salesman. I don't spend 8469.00 very often, but when I do, I can easily turn into nightmare fuel for a salesman when you break promises. I always search for a broken promise early in talks. It's an easy integrity test. I want to be very clear that Naults lives up to a very strong rep. Cody and I had a very respectful interaction over email first, then quick follow up by telephone and eventually a very thorough and educated walkthrough and close. Promises were made by he and Garrison and kept without question or concern. Options were presented without added sales pressure or numbers sorcery. There were a couple things that seemed odd with the paperwork, but Cody took the time to carefully explain it so it stuck and made sense to me. As an outsider (I'm from mass so right away NH is gonna be skeptical) but I need a company I can have real talk with and feel like a regular. That's the holy grail a dude with money to burn on recreation. I need to be able trust that someone will put the keys in the right place, be kind and sympathetic when selling me something, and never go back on their word. Long story short, I was disappointed (not really) that they couldnt get my toy to me until Monday. Everyone in the shop likely knew I was busting this kids chops, but Cody stepped it up in a very big way and personally made sure I had the vehicle in my possession two days early. NAULTS DID NOT OWE ME THIS. I would have laughed it off and the old guys who work there a long time def knew this...but Cody didn't care. He probably got raked through the coals by people tougher than him (they were probably like bro make this dude wait lol). I would just say NAULTS, a good salesman is hard to find. If the kid would have took me the wrong way and got frustrated, you wouldn't have me out here singing your praises and looking at my next toy already. That kid has the drive it takes to show others the way. Promote him before someone head hunts him to run his own show room. Thanks for buying the guilt trip and going above and beyond, Cody.
