I personally believe this should be 0 stars but I can only do 1. Bought a brand new 2024 Zx-6R from them 2 years ago. After 3 months and 2900 miles the motor blew. It was sitting there from June 2024 to November 2024 with little to no communication. Never got calls back or updates. I alway had to call and ask about my bike. Finally got the bike back, rode it for a couple of months then the motor blew again in June of 2025. I wasn’t even made aware they were rebuild g the motor until Saturday(2/7/2026). Then on (2/10/2026) I went to pick up the bike. I was told I had to buy a new battery because they let mine die. Then the mechanic took half an hour to put it in because he was working on something else and couldn’t be bothered to drop it. After I finally left a got 0.5 miles away from the shop when I noticed the motorcycle doesn’t shift right. So after all that waiting the bike is STILL sitting there. If you’re even trying to buy a bike please DO NOT buy one from here. They’re nice right up until you buy the bike. Then when you need something fixed they don’t respond and take months to do it. WORST PLACE EVER. If you made it this far I beg you to find another dealership or go on marketplace. 0/10 across the board. Shame on everyone there
Finally got my first bike! Everybody at Motorcycle Mall of Monmouth was extremely helpful from getting the best quote to being introduced to workers from services and parts. Jeff helped my finalize my sale and got me a good price for a brand new Z500. Let’s just say I’m absolutely loving the new experience!
Just bought a new dual sport bike here. Entirely positive experience. The sales person, Jeff, was friendly, informative and did not pressure me at all. Indeed, he showed me a couple of other bikes to consider before I went with my original choice. Jeff made a point of introducing me to others at the store, including the parts and service people. The finance person, Drew, was also great to deal and super fast getting the paperwork done with no pressure to add extras at all. A great overall experience.
