I had such a great experience at Triumph Brooklyn! From the moment I walked in, Ryan made everything super easy and welcoming. He was patient, upbeat, and genuinely helpful—exactly the kind of person you want guiding you through the buying process. A huge shoutout as well to D., the mechanic, who took amazing care of everything on the technical side. He walked me through the details, explained what he was doing, and made sure I felt confident before riding off. The whole shop has an incredibly friendly vibe, and you can tell they really care about their customers, unlike Ducati Manhattan, or BMW Motorrad Long Island. If you ask me, one suggestion: the initial break-in service, should have some warranty coverage, be free (if possible; BMW started doing it starting with 2025 models) or at least come with a discount -- especially if a motorcycle was purchased and is serviced at the same dealership. For instance, in the UK, parts+labor cost 150 USD tops. Something to think about ;). That way you can draw more customers and turn them into loyal customers. Otherwise, I’m so grateful for everything, and would highly recommend Triumph Brooklyn.
I’m paixoned for the brand Triumph. Always when I'm in a new town I look for the brand. Came across Brooklyn Triumph and had a good experience. All the gays were very welcome with very good service. Tyler and Zach were awesome even gave us some spots to visit and eat in Brooklyn.
I have tried my best to be calm but after speaking to a few local residents, I thought I'd share our disgust in the selfishness of the owner and its store. When the shop is open, they hog up' and take up about 5 to 6 parking spots from the local residents. They usally wait until street cleaning is done to take the spots. I can clearly seem them from my window. I've visited this store a few times and I've observed plenty of space to keep their bikes. But instead they illegally take parking spots on both sides of the street. The residents have stated to call 311 and file a complaint which I will. To the owner, you are incredibly selfish by parking your bikes there and parking them near other peoples personal cars. YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO PARK THERE. We get you do not have an actual LOT, but that doesn't mean you take 5 parking spots. You should be ticketed and the DOT should penalize you for this. Have you ever sat there and thought that what you are doing is illegal? There are no signs on the street that state you can park there. In fact you must have a vehicle or bike that is registered with the DMV in order to park there. DO THE RIGHT THING. STOP TAKING UP SO MANY PARKING SPOTS and STOP LYING AND CALLING THEM SERVICE BIKES. You are not fooling us. You have plenty of space inside your shop. USE IT!
Hello people just wanted to chime in and give a wonderful review on one of the best motorcycle dealers I have been to. The Brooklyn Triumph dealer is a place I have purchased bikes from and have always been a happy camper with my purchase. The crew here are very helpful, knowledgeable, and they treat you like family which is always a great feeling when making a purchase of anything life changing like a motorcycle. I really appreciate and commend everyone at Brooklyn triumph! Special thanks to Big boss Amuery. Also want to thank Leo, kevin, Bailey and Ryan and all the Bike Mechanics in charge of making the bikes run great! Thank you again and I would definitely recommend anyone go and get a motorcycle at Brooklyn triumph!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dealer
I've lived in NYC for 41 years, first Governors Island, then Staten Island, my current home. In those four decades I always bought motorcycles from dealerships on Staten Island or in New Jersey. On Saturday (August 17, 2024) I decided to check out Triumph Brooklyn. I'm glad I did! My initial contact was via text - I interacted with Emily "Em" Bennett who was very helpful. She indicated that the dealership would accept my Honda VT750 as a trade in on a Triumph Speed 400. And so I visited the shop. We worked out a deal to everyone's satisfaction. Buying a bike takes time. The trade in has to be examined by a mechanic, the new bike has to be prepped and the paperwork has to be completed. The dealership has their legal requirements (lots of forms) and New York State has to get their vig: DMV fees and of course taxes. This gave Em and I ample time to talk and I enjoyed it. A native West Virginian, she's led an interesting life. So we had a nice chat. I was pleased to hear that she rides - it makes a difference. Once my 750 was found to be in good working order I met with Ryan Schlenger who did the financial paperwork. He's a super nice guy who made it painless. He also rides so he gets it. Once GEICO and the DMV stirred themselves into action I was good to go. I met with the boss, a very nice guy named Amari who presented me with a very cool Triumph Brooklyn t-shirt. I left the dealership a happy camper. And I left after spending only half a day dealing with the formalities and with my wallet in good shape. Everyone was great, what us geezer bikers call Good People. BTW, I love the Triumph Speed 400. Fit and finish is excellent and it performs well. I strongly recommend Triumph Brooklyn. The BQE is another matter but riding home on a great bike after obtaining a good deal took some of the sting out of sitting in traffic on the superslab. Ride Safe

Buying a motorcycle from Triumph Brooklyn in Brooklyn, New York? Follow this checklist before you commit.
Verify the title and VIN
Check the VIN on the frame, engine, and title to confirm they match. Run the VIN through a motorcycle history report. Triumph Brooklyn should be able to provide documentation for any bike in their inventory.
Check the fork seals and bearings
Look for oil weeping down the fork tubes — a sign the seals need replacement. Grab the front wheel and push/pull firmly to check for play in the steering head bearings.
Inspect the chain and sprockets
A worn chain will have excess slack and the sprocket teeth will look hooked or pointed instead of rounded. Chain and sprocket replacement runs $200–$500. Factor that into your offer if it's needed.
Check tire age and tread depth
Look for the DOT date code on the sidewall — tires over five years old should be replaced regardless of tread. Tires are a safety item, not a cosmetic one.
Take a test ride
Confirm the clutch engages smoothly, the brakes feel firm, and the bike tracks straight at speed. Listen for valve noise, exhaust leaks, or electrical issues. A short test ride catches problems a visual inspection misses.
