I just recently purchased my vehicle from Grey Horse Motors. I have bought many vehicles over the years and this was by far the easiest deal that I have ever done, which is really saying something since I live in a different state. (Buffalo NY) Jim was very responsive and helpful, he was quick to answer all my questions and offered me a very fair deal on the vehicle that I had spent months searching for. Knowing that I was driving the vehicle several hundred miles just on the drive home, he had his mechanic look the vehicle over very carefully before we took delivery, which was very nice. They include a 3 month/3,000 mile warranty on all their vehicles so you will have peace of mind with your purchase, which is not always easy to achieve when buying a used car. I would not hesitate to contact them again if i was in the market.
They were very accommodating and showed me many cars in my stated price range. They did not try to upsell me on a more expensive car or on extras. Overall one of the best car buying experiences I have had.
I don’t normally take the time to write reviews, but these guys went above and beyond for my wife and I. We purchased a vehicle (I did not look over it completely) and there was a small oil leak. Desperate, I called to let them know in hopes of seeing if they would help me out. They did just that and in a timely manner. The leak was something simple. A little plug was worn down and would drip oil slowly. They had the issue pinned down and resolved in just a few short days no questions asked. Any other dealer would have told me to kick rocks. These guys not only sold us a car on the lower side of mileage at a fair price, they earned our business due to their integrity and urge to take care of their customers. Thanks guys!
