Came in this Saturday really just looking at ATVs. Got meet A great very personable very friendly sales person first name, Allen Needless to say, I went from just looking to leaving with a brand new ATV not that I was pressured. Just a great sales person. I’ll definitely buy again from him in full throttle great service from the minute. I walked to the door to time you help me load my new ATV.
Bought a 2026 Polaris General. Got a new belt and new tires for it. Tires had to come in and then be swapped. They did a good job with that process except they forgot to put the belt with the machine when I picked it up. Had to go back and get it. Also with a new machine I would have thought they’d fill the gas tank. They didn’t even when I asked them to. Staff was nice and curious and did a good job over all. Just little things that they can improve on to make it a 5 star experience.
