Such an awesome experience, from the intial phone call to Jo, who set up a test drive on ice and snow. Then, to meeting Chris and David. I would NOT recommend this dealership. They sell you products you don't need (i.e. gap insurance when you put down 40-60% down payment). They don't send any confirmation or anything. Then good luck cancelling any warranty or insurances. They took 3.5 months to cancel my extended warranty and gap insurance. Also good luck in trying to get a hold of a real person. They're into the new AI gig to save cost so almost no one real ever picks up. I bought 2 bikes from them in same year and they still did not extend me any courtesy as a customer. I suggest take your business elsewhere and stay away from this place.
This place is awesome! All the sales people are great! Jaidyn did an amazing job staying on top of getting everything lined up and squared away for my kawasaki z125 pro. Were gonna have alot of fun with the wife learning and maybe some day the oldest kid. She seemed to really like her job! I wish I could list some other people on this review but im bad with names. Dont hesitate to call dells!!!
