I had a 5 Star experience communicating with my sales team, Mason and Ace, and I'm thoroughly enjoying my new Can-Am Spyder F3s. They provided exceptional service, making me feel at ease while addressing my questions and working hard to get my payment as close to my expectations as possible. However, I was disappointed to learn at the end of the process that the Accessories Credit, which was initially presented as a bonus, would be added back to the price, resulting in a higher payment. When I expressed my concerns, the response was somewhat dismissive, with a shrug and the explanation that "that's just how it is." Additionally, I recommend taking your time when trying on helmets, as they cannot be exchanged once you leave the lot. I ended up with a helmet that doesn't fit properly because I wasn't adequately informed about how to ensure a proper fit. When I reported this issue to my sales team, they had the Accessories Department give me a call and they informed me that there was nothing they could do... Keep in mind it had 1.5 hrs. on my head at night with no sweat and Yes I had comms installed but the helmet was designed for Comms to be installed and removed. Not sure of the reason for not exchanging it but in the end it was quite disheartening. This review is not driven by anger; I’ve had time to reflect since my purchase last week. Instead, I hope to inform potential buyers about what to watch for during their own purchasing experience. Ride Safe/ Be Smart
