I have written 4 reviews in my life. Customer service -10/10. Was hopeful to buy a new 23x10-14 tire. Bleach blond female from 50 feet away told me they don’t have any with out even looking at what I needed or wanted. Didn’t even approach me. Just dismissed business as it came through the door. It was a rude interaction. This was my first and last experience with custom power sports.
The staff there are great. Service was closed on monday but they squeezed me in to get some tires on my ride so i could make a 350 mile trip on Wednesday. Sure didn't want to make it in a car and needed the extra day to get them back on the bike myself and make sure all was well. Stop in and check them out, great service dept. Nice bike showroom,and many accessories and apparel. Best shop in our area!
Always a pleasure to deal with. No hype, listen, suggestive, knowledgeable staff. Wish they were open at least one day a week until 6pm or 7pm. I drive from Columbus to have my 2 ATV serviced instead of dealing with Columbus dealers.
Stopped in today they were super busy when I was in there. At that time there was only two employees, but they both took care of everyone quickly and perfessionaly. I was extremely satisfied with the excellent service. I will continue to shop and have my bike serviced here.
