Awesome customer service, as always! Got my Ducati Multi annual service and diagnostics twice. Both times they have delivered on time as promised and UNDER the original diagnostic quote. Have not purchased from the dealership but I have walked the showroom a few times. The staff is always polite and attentive without pressuring you. I worked with Henry and he was nothing short of SPECTACULAR. I gave him a deposit on a Friday and told him I would take delivery the next week Thursday, I insured the bike and sent over the paperwork the same day. I stopped by unannounced on Monday to check it out and he had it in the shop running a fine toothed comb through it to make sure she was perfect and he put new tires on her. He went above and beyond to ensure perfection and it showed. I could not wait so I picked her up on Wednesday and she was absolutely perfect. I could not be more grateful for the straight forward, transparent approach employed by some genuinely good men. I sincerely thank them and recommend you guys purchase from them. I also got a new gear from Meghan and she was amazing as well so 5 stars across the board but particularly from Henry on the pre owned side of things. Btw I got a 2020 BMW S1000RR and I can honestly say she was worth the price of admission, that ride home was MARVELOUS!
I ordered a side panel for my R1200RT from Cross Country Cycle, (which they are as I’m in CA). This was not an easy part to find. I received an email from Felicia very shortly after placing and thanking me for my order. The communication about my order was outstanding all the way up to and including delivery. I could not have asked for better service. As it worked out, I was able to repair the part on my bike saving me from having to paint match the new part. I again contacted Felicia regarding return process. She promptly replied with a very supportive attitude, stating she was happy I was able to repair existing panel. She sent a RMA number for return. I’ve ridden BMW’s since 2007 and other bikes since 1972, and have not received better service and attitude. Thank you for great customer service.
