After being referred to Big John by Mike at Concept Collision, John was able to give us an appointment almost immediately. We ended up having to postpone a day, and Mandy worked with us to get an appointment the following day. They were very amenable to working with us around our schedule. Big John showed up at our house with a very friendly assistant, and they proceeded to replace our broken windshield with a brand new one as fast as you could possibly imagine - great service and reasonable prices! This facility worked with my insurance company and waived any remaining balance not covered by my insurance for my windshield. John was on time and replaced my windshield at home even though he couldn’t get in contact with me. Staff was very professional and courteous over the phone. Very happy with my new windshield! These guys came on time and were really nice. They switched out the windshield fast and efficiently and left no mess behind. Now if only the rest of the car looked as great as the windshield does. I would reccomend them to anybody.
