DJ, Tim and Baldwin did an amazing job on my tire change. They took care of my tire change pretty quickly and honored the price they quoted me over the phone. Would definitely come here again, they had the lowest prices for service out of all the dealerships in the area
Amazing sales team! They helped me order the exact bike I wanted. It took less than a week for them to get it in and assembled. I really appreciated how nice and relaxed the whole experience was. At no point did any of the staff try to up sell me. Which is amazing! They helped explain all the financing options in easy to understand terms. They also have free cold beverages for you while you shop and an adorable dog. The staff kept me well informed during the whole process. I highly recommend this shop. They will answer all your questions and help you find the accessories you’re looking for. This location even does service. I worked with Matt who was very knowledgeable and helpful.

In short they are 10 stars! Highly recommended shop and here is the longer review: The day I went in to ask about MV Agusta bikes, both Wyatt and Mike kept the shop open 1.5 hours after their closing hours and gave me a ton of information about the bike and it’s history then I left and came back a week later for a test and Wyatt allowed me to test a bike and gave me full freedom. After the test I came back home to put my thoughts together and had a few concerns and again they gave me more info and guidance without expectations and gave me another opportunity to test more bikes I ended up buying the MV Agusta Brutale 800RR and I love it. I understand some people probably didn’t have good experience based on some of the bad reviews but guys give this shop a shot! go see Mike and Wyatt and the other guys. Wyatt and Mike helped me load the bike to the car and everything. Such nice people! I am loving my choice! These guys helped me make the absolute best decision. Can’t be thankful enough for everything they did. Amazing people. Besides all that Wyatt helped me to find the right gear. Super happy about my experience.
I had my rear tire installed by Kawasaki of Bellevue and I was riding down the road about 45-50 mph and they did not put the nut on the rear tire back on correctly. The bolt fell off and the rear tire got bound up with chain under bike and it flew me off the bike. They had really good customer service but they should be more diligent when installing parts on street bikes. There mess up here could of cost me my life… Edit: Kawasaki of bellevue is saying it was my fault. I did not realize 3 weeks since I got my tire replaced was a LONG time since it was serviced. But they are 100% right, I will always make sure that there is a cotter pin installed before every ride from now on. Maybe if it was installed right the first time it would not come off??? Just a thought
