Thanks, Bob! I brought in my newly acquired ‘81 GL500 wheels and new tires for mounting and new valve stems, and that’s what I figured I would get. Nope! I was pleasantly surprised to find Bob had switched my stems to 90° valve stems. (Regular valve stems on COMSTAR wheels are a pain when it comes to airing and pressure checks). Also, when I was putting my wheels back on by bike, I noticed he had balanced them, another service I hadn’t requested but should have. She had a shimmy, but no longer! I received this five star service after great communication and for a reasonable charge. 15/10 experience from a great guy and owner. Thanks again!!
I bought a KTM 390 SMCr from Bob at B&E and they made the process smooth as butter! I live 90 minutes away and was able to complete my transaction entirely online including my tag transfer, and come pick my bike up the next day. Bob was incredibly helpful and got me exactly what I wanted, and so fast! I absolutely love this bike and B&E made it happen. Thank you, Bob! I will definitely buy my next KTM from you guys.
Bob made getting a bike completely painless. I put a finance app in and was riding within 12 hours and that includes 5 hours of driving. He beat the competition by over $1,500 and is very down to earth and easy to work with. I was in and out of the store in 15 mins. Will definitely be using B&E in the future and for a while. Could not recommend any higher.
I've been dealing with Bob for a while now, in the beginning he spent countless hours on the phone with me for some miscellaneous parts without giving any attitude. He fully rebuilt my friends 2 stroke at the best rate I've seen around and the highest quality. I bought my first bike from him today and the process was not only painless but easy and exciting. I would give 10 stars if allowed! On a Friday afternoon I contacted Bob to see if he had the bike (2025 300xc) every other dealer said wouldn’t be available for 1-6 months. Just so happens he had 1 that had arrived very recently, I believe. Coming from 100 miles away, traffic being insane I showed up Saturday about 10 mins after closing time. I felt bad making Bob and staff stay late but they were extremely welcoming and did not rush me one bit through the whole purchase process. On top of that I needed to go purchase a hitch bike ramp while they waited on me to return then assemble. Yeah I know, the “customer from hell” lol. He still took the time to go over the bike and explain. I’d say it was close to 3 hrs after close that I pulled away extremely happy to have a new bike. Highly recommend this dealership for their professionalism and patience!
