If ya wanna get taken for a ride and have your bike screwed up this is your place. Ive had nothing but issues dealing with them. Bought my ryker back in 2021 and finally in june of 2025 they figured out why it kept having issues. Lied to me about the part being in stock ( manufacturer informed me) manufacturer sent a part anyways. When they recieved the part they tried to deny having received the part til I told them the name of who checked the part in and informed them that I knew It is covered by warranty as a 2 hour repair job. They informed me that the job actually takes longer than 2 hours suggesting I pay the difference which I informed them was illegal for them to attempt to charge me extra on a warranty repair so they in retaliation let my bike sit til July 29th. They took 2 full days once they started working to complete the job and when my bike was brought around it sounded horrible even to an untrained ear. They took it back into the shop and for some unknown reason removed my oil filter that I had put in a month prior to bringing it in " looking for the knocking noise" they put the same used filter back into my bike amd informed me the issue was a loose heat shield. Once I got the bike home it took us several hours to fix what they messed up. When they rerouted my wires they laid the wires to my 3 piece storage ( something that they install for other customers) directly on my exhaust so we had to peel the partially melted wires off of my exhaust and redo all the wiring. My wires were left in a jumbled mess under the hood and the fuse box was laying on top not even seated in its position because the red boot was under it. They apparently must have lost or broke my origional battery strap because they put another on on that absolutely does not fit or secure the battery. I was treated rudely and accused of harassment for simply asking for a projected completion date. Upon getting my bike back into decided to be safe and change the oil before a big ride. Removing the cap I discovered that they had overtorqued all of them and cross threaded one which caused the bolt to snap. When my husband and I returned to FMS they outright denied having even touched the oil cap. Good think I had the photos and text sent by the tec who had removed it. It wasn’t until my husband threatened to get attorneys involved that they agreed to fix it. Also they broke my front lid and blamed it on can am for their poor design refusing to fix it. I spoke to the owner who agreed to have another shop look at it but the other shops refuse to work with him and he now ignores any attempt to rectify the situation or damage done to my bike by FMS.
I was a little let down when I walked in and began looking around and standing there for a good bit before being acknowledged. However, once Katie realized I was there, she sprang to action to answer every question I had, ultimately helping me decide which ATV to purchase for my daughter. Prices were eh so-so. I just find it so crazy consumers have to pay for delivery and assembly, which personally I feel are just business expenses, but I was told that’s normal so it is what it is. If it were not for these added fees and costs, I’d give it 5stars
I am currently dealing with a problem with this dealer. I am a very forgiving person but I now feel like I am being treated unfair, and that really is all aI ask for when spending my hard-earned money, is fairness. Brought my seadoo switch down for a known recall in September, and winterization. Took two months to secure the recall parts to perform the recall After this was finally performed, i get a phone call saying my boat is damaged from a wind and tarp incident. They proceed to give me an estimate, several hours of labor, an estimate of over $1000 dollars to repair. 1) is my(anyones equipment) safe on your lot. Are your personnel properly securing covers and taking care of our things? when I bought it there it was properly secured. 2) A level of liability should be recognized since this incident happened on your "secured" lot. Labor is the one thing that you have control. I'm sure you have a camera to show you who did not secure the cover properly. To suffer additional cost because of negligence is unacceptable.
Quick easy no hassle - didn’t try to bug me and didn’t bug me to spend more when I had my mind made up. In and out in 1.5 hours with new atv. They loaded it up for me. Doug was sales guy and did a great job. Not pushy , patient and knowledgeable . Lots of selection - could spend millions on that place.
Recently stopped in and purchased a bike . That sale went ok, nothing bad to say about it. When it came to purchasing a helmet, Gaston was extremely helpful and great to interact with. If you need help with parts or accessories, stop by and talk to him. You will not be disappointed.

Buying a motorcycle from Fredericksburg Motor Sports in Fredericksburg, Virginia? Follow this checklist before you commit.
Verify the title and VIN
Check the VIN on the frame, engine, and title to confirm they match. Run the VIN through a motorcycle history report. Fredericksburg Motor Sports should be able to provide documentation for any bike in their inventory.
Check the fork seals and bearings
Look for oil weeping down the fork tubes — a sign the seals need replacement. Grab the front wheel and push/pull firmly to check for play in the steering head bearings.
Inspect the chain and sprockets
A worn chain will have excess slack and the sprocket teeth will look hooked or pointed instead of rounded. Chain and sprocket replacement runs $200–$500. Factor that into your offer if it's needed.
Check tire age and tread depth
Look for the DOT date code on the sidewall — tires over five years old should be replaced regardless of tread. Tires are a safety item, not a cosmetic one.
Take a test ride
Confirm the clutch engages smoothly, the brakes feel firm, and the bike tracks straight at speed. Listen for valve noise, exhaust leaks, or electrical issues. A short test ride catches problems a visual inspection misses.
