Came here to shop local and buy a bike. Went through the process of filling out the credit app and waiting for a call back. We had 50% down with a credit score just below 700. The manager, Scott Hinkle, called my wife and was extremely rude, claiming the address on her ID did not match the credit app. We asked if there was anything we could do. He responded that it didn't matter because our credit score was terrible. I should have read the reviews before walking in. Every 5-star review on here is written by salesmen, and the staff is rude and does not care about selling you anything. Went down to Honda of Tulsa, got approved, and rode off with a bike the same day. Weird how our credit was only an issue here and literally nowhere else. Please do not give this place your money because they will burn you. The only thing this place did that was good for me was not letting me buy.
At 43 years of age, I have bought many things. This was one of the single handed best sales experience I’ve had. Tubby runs a professional team that had my best interest at heart the whole time. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else!!
The worst buying experience ever. They don't seem to have their crap together. Had high hopes based on the warm reception. Please know I have credit over 815. 1) Took a 4 hour round trip to get a Bait and switch at signing for a cheaper unit with a lot higher engine hour and charged me the higher price. The unit I wanted and still advertised was sold about 3 weeks prior, so they say. Tells me they are liars or they don't have their shit together. Either way, poor operations. They said it was a mistake, ok, we are human but what bugs me was the follow up treatment. 2) Manager called me 10 minutes after I walked out and said he would take off the shipment and add on fees if I would take the higher hour ride. I said no. I already explained to several people multiple times that I don't trust used Sea Doos with higher hours more than their break in periods, not knowing if they were done right, along with the eventually wear or catastrophic failure of the carbon seals that could sink the jet ski. Go Google videos carbon seal fails, some due to consumer neglect and others carbon seal failures due to factory misaligned engines at the factory. Yes, all brands have their issues but Kawasaki and Yamahas don't have that type of setup or common issues that would sink their jet ski, other than a hull breach. This is particularly sensitive to me as I would be fishing offshore alone. A sinking jet ski several miles offshore in bad weather would be a my worst nightmare. 3) I called back early the following week and to give them another chance on a less than 10 hour ski that was several thousands more than the one I originally wanted and asked if I can have the shipping and admin fees taken off that was offered to me to compensate for my troubles on the much cheaper 44hr used jet ski they attempted switching on me. They came back and said no. The worst part was they did not listen to me after I explained SEVERAL TIMES TO SEVERAL PEOPLE MULTIPLE TIMES I DID NOT WANT A HIGH HOUR JET SKI AND DEFINITELY NOT THAT ONE.......but they still wanted to sell me the higher hour 44hr jet ski even though it was a couple thousand cheaper than the latest one I inquired about. They did not want to transfer the compensation discount to the latest much more expensive Sea Doo. Basically, they wanted to sell me a unit to get rid of a jet ski no one wanted , likely to clear their inventory, than to help me get what I wanted. The series of events after the wrong jet ski debacle makes me wonder if the bait and switch was intentional. The sales person eventually gave up on me after he could not get me to buy the cheaper higher hour unit and nothing about the latest I inquired about. This dealership obviously was looking out for itself and not the customer. Eventually, I just drove to Florida yesterday and bought me a new Kawasaki 160LX Angler for a great price. All this happened in a span of a week and a half.
Spent the morning at various bike shops and this one was the winner . They really won me over with their no pressure salesmanship and was helpful in finding me something for my 1st bike. Didn’t try to bust my wallet. Enjoyed my time there and was happy to do business with them. Charlie “ Pop” was excellent along with the rest of the staff I interacted with. Go check them out!
I bought a boat from Action Powersports and my interaction with Justin, Kyle and Logan couldn't have been better. They were friendly, knowledgable, low pressure, responsive and accommodative. There were a couple things that needed to be taken care of and they did right by me in every way. Good guys and it is reflected in the way they worked with me.

Buying a motorcycle from Action PowerSports in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma? Follow this checklist before you commit.
Verify the title and VIN
Check the VIN on the frame, engine, and title to confirm they match. Run the VIN through a motorcycle history report. Action PowerSports should be able to provide documentation for any bike in their inventory.
Check the fork seals and bearings
Look for oil weeping down the fork tubes — a sign the seals need replacement. Grab the front wheel and push/pull firmly to check for play in the steering head bearings.
Inspect the chain and sprockets
A worn chain will have excess slack and the sprocket teeth will look hooked or pointed instead of rounded. Chain and sprocket replacement runs $200–$500. Factor that into your offer if it's needed.
Check tire age and tread depth
Look for the DOT date code on the sidewall — tires over five years old should be replaced regardless of tread. Tires are a safety item, not a cosmetic one.
Take a test ride
Confirm the clutch engages smoothly, the brakes feel firm, and the bike tracks straight at speed. Listen for valve noise, exhaust leaks, or electrical issues. A short test ride catches problems a visual inspection misses.
