Sent a email to the dealership one evening inquiring about some info on a couple kayo atvs the next morning I got a email back with all the info I needed went by the dealership and with in a few minutes had the two atvs to surprise my boy for Christmas so easy to deal with will definitely be buying here again
I had a disappointing experience here. I went in specifically to order a 2026 Can-Am Outlander XT 1000R, but the dealer flat-out refused to order any 2026 models for me. The only explanation given was that they already had a 2025 model on the floor, which wasn’t even the same model or configuration I was looking for. Instead of helping me get what I wanted, it felt like they were only interested in pushing existing inventory. I understand dealers want to sell what they have, but refusing to even attempt a factory order for a new model was frustrating and unhelpful. If you’re looking for a specific model or want to place an order, be aware that this dealer may not be willing to work with you.
I'd give zero stars if that was possible. We stopped by looking at side by sides. We talked to a guy and he quoted us a price on one. 2 days later we grab our trailer, ready to buy. All the sudden that's the starting price, everything else is extra. Including the windshield and the labor for installation of a windshield that is already on the vehicle. They were rude, acted like they were annoyed that we were even there. I guess they've got too much money.
We had already looked at what we wanted before arriving so we walked in and asked to see it and no hesitation at all, they brought it right out for us to see! They all were so wonderful during the whole process and not pushy about anything! The vibe there is really wonderful, you can tell they all enjoy their jobs and each other as employees (which made them seem more like family and friends) and have fun as well while staying professional and on task and all were very informative and answered anything that was asked and nothing is better than buying something knowing they all have dealt with them personally and enjoy talking about them as well including showing videos and photos of upgrades and how their products worked! Even the men who print off your maintenance schedule give you every bit of information you will need to make it the easiest on you to make sure your side by side is taken care of! They even delivered it and the gentleman was very respectful as well! I would give them a 10 star if able and would recommend them to anyone! THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH! We can’t wait to come back to add all the cool stuff on!
I reached out to WilsonPower Sports over the weekend (hunting for a PW50) and heard back from Lane. Helpful guy, pretty quick response, I got a fair trade offer on my Yamaha. They allowed me to place a deposit while I get my ducks in a row, so I can get up there and get the new bike. I’m looking forward to seeing the shop in person and bringing home a PW50 for my boy. I will update the review after pick up. Update: The whole team was great, Lane helped out tremendously. The trade process on my prior Yamaha was seamless and I left with the PW50 for my son. I highly recommend checking out this dealer for a smooth and easy purchase.
