Sales was great for purchasing but 2 months later still waiting on my attachments. continuously call for updates and there is a large lack of communication updates from them back to me (0). Finally on my most recent call they said my parts just came in (I had to call them not them call me) scheduled for them to pick up my tractor. After waiting all day called about 3pm because no one showed up yet, they said I was still on the schedule for today and someone would be out. Guess not. Would have been nice for a phone call to say they would not make it and need to reschedule. Guess I will need to call again on Monday.

Another update: I was just doing some cleaning in the engine compartment and dropped a small brush and as I was reaching underneath the engine feeling around for it I came across that missing part. Keep in mind where this part went is in a completely different compartment that does not connect with each other. So it is even more obvious they took it out where it went and either threw it in the engine compartment or dropped it. But definitely one of the two as I stated before no one has worked on the ski except them. Very sad a company would do something like that. Let me start by saying I bought my 2016 sea doo GTR 215 from them brand new. It never sits in the water, it is alway on the lift covered when not in use which is not often 20-30 minutes here and there then flushed out with fresh water and then covered. From October through April it is stored in my garage. It only has 47 hrs on it. I change the oil in it every year. This year I decided to take it to them and let them do the oil and look it over because when I took out of the water and started in the driveway to flush it out it was making a noise I hadn’t heard before. The ski is in Showroom condition. Pictures to follow of how it looked when I took it to them and how I got it back. Needless to say it needed a bearing and a shaft they said it was rusted out. I asked them to check the steering because it didn’t go straight when the steering was straight. Finally a month later and $2,300 they say everything is done. I go pick it up and bring home pick off the trailer and put it on my cart and put in the garage. Pull the cover off and it’s filthy dirty and scratched up and nothing was done with the steering. They come this time and pick it up and take it back to look at the steering. They call me and say it’s going to be $750 more to fix the steering again this ski has 47 hrs on it. They tried to tell me somebody had been in there before which is impossible unless it was them. It was $60 in parts and 3 hrs of labor at $175 hr. that is ridiculous. I told them never mind I will do it myself. When I get it back this time it looks like they wiped the whole thing down with a greasy rag. And they jammed the parts back on not even getting the plastic tabs inside where they are supposed to be and they think they deserve or worth $175 hr. What a joke they are. I wasn’t going to write the review but when I told her I would buy the parts from them. She never even responded. I wanted to update this post. I received my parts they said I needed to fix my steering. From a different parts place. I was going to try and fix this myself. Now that I had the parts in my hand I could figure out where they actually went. So I started on this 3 hr job so the experts said. And we’re going to charge me for at a $175 hr. Once I started taking things apart I figured out where everything went. Part by part I pulled off and found nothing wrong with them. Not broke not worn looked identical to the new ones but I decided to replace them anyways since I had them. There was only one part that was needed that was actually completely missing. Which I’m not sure how or where it went. Where it goes it can’t just fall out. So that’s a mystery since the only place that worked on it was them. So I finished installing everything and putting everything back together. It took the rookie less than one hour to do the complete job. 50 minutes to be exact not 3 hrs. as the experts told me it would take. So instead of $700+ I spent 1/10 of that $70. Beware

My local dealer was not helpful or prepared when I visited them on a Saturday. I called Farm and Outdoor Sports and they were so friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions and I had a quote within an hour. They are 90 miles away from my house but the customer service I received on the phone sold me. The whole process was amazing when dealing with the team and with service like that the distance doesn’t matter! I am very happy with my new LS tractor! They really treat you like family.
