I’ve been working with these guys for over 10 years. I’ve purchased two boats and had all service done exclusively by the boat house. Their prices are fair and the service is world class! If looking to buy, ask for Colt! He is professional, and nobody knows the ins and outs of boats like Colt! Their service Manager Dan pays great attention to detail and treats your boat like his own. The General manager/owner Don runs a tight ship and makes sure the customer always comes first. He even towed me back one day in his personal boat when I wrapped the line around my prop and had me back on the water in 15 min! I was blown away with this level of customer service. Truth is in Illinois, our boating season is short so finding the right dealer and service center is a must! Nobody wants a boat that is broken down for half of the summer. I’m happy I found the boathouse of Chicago and will always only take my boat here.
