In November 2024, my family and I had the extreme pleasure of walking into the Sunrise Marine location in Daphne, AL. We live in Panama City Beach, FL. so this was a three hour drive to their location. Our local dealer (Legendary Marine) was completely delusional in their pricing, and very unwilling to compromise even on a leftover new 2023 model. Hence the need for a three hour drive. Upon arrival we were greeted by a courteous young salesman named Austin. I am a 56 year old, no nonsense guy, and I politely told Austin that I had a price in mind for a brand new left over 2023 Twin Vee 280GFX that they had in stock. I told him, I had no willingness to negotiate and that if the answer was no, that was fine. Within 10 minutes, he had our offer approved through the General Manager whose name is Mark. Mark is a friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous General Manager. The kind of General Manager that is unpretentious in his demeanor and displays a welcoming and grateful attitude towards all who enter his dealership. We then had the pleasure of completing our paperwork with the Finance Manager, Hillary. Again, just as friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous as all of the other employees at Sunrise Marine, Daphne, AL. There were no surprises at closing. No hidden fees. No dealer ad ons. None of the usual dog and pony show junk that dealerships have become known for. Just simple, easy to understand business practices that are so completely refreshing in today's messed up world. Even after the sale, all three of the above mentioned employees took the time to email, and call us to ensure we were still happy with our purchase. To our total surprise, they even sent us a picture on canvas, our us posing with our new boat outside their fine dealership. Wow! The service department worked really quickly and efficiently to replace a part, so that we could enjoy Orange Beach the next day with our friends. It was a complete surprise, and that level of consideration really touched us and made us feel like family.
