Horrible Experince!! Was havibg issues with my boat and was told it was under warranty. Had to take time off of work to drive an hour to drop it off. Took them 3 weeks to fix boat. Took another day off of work and drove another 1(2 hours round trip) to pick up boat and when I asked what do I owe was told again that it was undr warranty. 2 months later received a bill for $486. Called and spoke with Lara and was again told that it was under warranty and was just a paperwork issue and she would take care of it. A few weeks later received another invoice. Called to find out what was going on and was told it was never registered by the selling dealer. Called selling dealer and worked that out and it was properly registered. Smith Boys resubmitted warranty claim and was told it was out of warranty. I could have made these repairs myself and had I known this was not going to be covered under warranty would have done so. This was extremely bad customer service. Ended up costing me 2 days vacation and 4 hours of drive time plus $486 dollars. I would NEVER use this dealer again!!!!
Dannie and Ryan took us out on the most beautiful wakeboard boat I’ve ever been on in my entire life. They gave us top-tier service the whole time and they explained every piece of the boat in detail and made sure that we got to experience the boat as it should be experienced on the lake. They even took us out for a little wakeboarding trip where I was able to get up on a wakeboard and had such a fun time !! Their knowledge of the boat and their knowledge of the sales process was both helpful and informative. I’m so glad that I was able to experience a boat like this with two great young men who were so helpful 15/10 would recommend!!!!!
