We picked up our new Brinkley TT today. The experience could not have been better. Our Tech, Curtis, was super knowledgeable and super friendly. It was a pleasure to work with him. He explained every system in our new TT and demonstrated each feature. He answered al of our questions and showed us a demo to help us understand. If you are getting a Brinkley RV from Myers you should request Curtis for your PDI. We spent over three hours with him and it was well worth our time. THANKS TO CURTIS and the rest of the staff!👌😊
DO NOT BRING YOUR RV HERE. I bought my RV from Meyers in Cicero (Syracuse) 3 years ago and *had* a great experience and have been a loyal customer bringing my RV for service yearly since then. I full time in my RV and so I typically arrange to drop off my RV and move out for a specified amount of time to have repairs/maintenance done. I email months ahead of time with a list of repairs and maintenance as well as pictures to expedite this process. Andrea is horrendous at her job and she’s the service manager with the actual “service” being non-existent or negligent and unsafe. After confirming three different times I would be picking up my RV on the agreed upon date I show up (drove 6 hours) and not one thing had been completed on my RV. No call to tell me it wasn’t ready, no explanation about why no one had done anything for 3 weeks and not so much as an apology from Andrea. Not only that but I reluctantly stayed in their parking lot (I paid for a RV site that I couldn’t even use) so I could at minimum have the suspension work my RV needed to safely travel on my scheduled trip cross country and they did such a hack job that my entire wheel came off on the highway while going 55 mph in the rain as soon as I left! Their negligence could have killed me, caused a catastrophic accident, killed someone else or totaled my home. Then they tried to blame me for the issue to cover their own incompetence! They had tried to con me into purchasing a new axle because mine was “bowed” which was clearly to try and make more money. I explained to them that I had sent pictures of the axle to Lippert (manufacturer) and that multiple other certified techs (including their own last year when it was there for axle maintenance) had reported the upward bow was totally normal. As cowards trying to shirk responsibility for their incompetence they tried to say that my wheel came off because I didn’t replace the axle like they recommended. That theory was swiftly debunked when we took side my side pictures of the new and old axles with the exact same bow in them as well as found multiple issues associated with the suspension work they performed. They didn’t complete any of the work I requested and charged me for it and then wouldn’t provide me a receipt for a full week later. My RV is in worse condition now then it was when I dropped it off. I tried several times to talk to Andrea and Travis (the general manager) about the complete lack of service, communication and safety and have been ignored completely. They don’t care if their incompetence puts your life in jeopardy and it’s clear they don’t value their customers. They did pay for a new wheel and the emergency repairs I needed when I was stranded 600 miles away but only because the very kind and caring professionals at the other shop called them and I opened an insurance claim (they tried blaming me instead of stepping up to do the right thing). The other shop found numerous issues that could have also caused serious injury to me and my RV such as issues with my brakes (which Meyers had just replaced last year), issues with the bolts on the brand new leaf springs that were just placed 4 days prior and missing parts associated with the suspension. I’m truly appalled at the way I was treated by Meyers and how this entire situation has played out, especially because I have been so vocal in my praise for them online and to fellow RV owners around the country. Bottom line if you value your life, safety and your property go ANYWHERE else and do not allow these people to touch your RV. Don’t waste your hard earned money here.
I recently purchased an RV from Meyers in Cicero. My entire experience has been great. My salesman, Chuck, is knowledgeable and patient, and went out of his way to make this first time purchase comfortable and easy. The service tech, Sean, provided an extremely thorough orientation. Office staff seem friendly and there to help, and I’m looking forward to new adventures. Thanks Meyers team!
My husband and I would like to share our experience with Meyer’s RV of Cicero. We were looking for a new to us Fifth Wheel to begin our next camping adventure. We found our Fifth wheel, a 2011 Brookstone. We purchased it with the help of Troy and John. We went for our demo and met the most amazing person, Curtis, who took an incredible amount of time and patience to allow us to understand our new camper. He is an exceptionally person to walk anyone through their demo and answer any questions we had. Thank you for your knowledge and patience. We would recommend CURTIS to anyone for their delivery. THANK YOU!!! Bill and Chace, Ithaca, NY
We purchased a new Imagine XLS last year and these jokers should be ashamed. First, I called about adding an inverter. They told me they would not do it unless I buy the inverter from them. OK. I get it. How much is the inverter? We don't know. We will transfer you to parts. Hey We don't know. We will get back to you. No call back. Ended up doing it myself. This year...apparently if you want the state inspection done you need to leave the RV with them for a week. I wanted to replace the awning fabric due to a brush up against a tree. Call Service "Dunno". Transfer me to Parts

Buying a boat from Meyer's RV Superstores Syracuse in Cicero, New York? Use this guide to evaluate any listing before you commit.
Match the boat to your waters
Pontoons and deck boats suit calm lakes. Deep-V hulls handle chop on larger lakes and coastal water. Center consoles are versatile for fishing. Ask Meyer's RV Superstores Syracuse which models suit the waterways near Cicero, New York.
Inspect the hull carefully
Look for stress cracks, blistering, or repairs on fiberglass hulls. Check the transom for soft spots by pressing firmly — a solid transom feels rigid. Osmotic blistering costs thousands to repair.
Check engine hours
Inboard and outboard engines are typically rated to 1,500–3,000 hours. Low-hour engines with service records are worth more. Ask to see oil change and winterization records for any boat at Meyer's RV Superstores Syracuse.
Request a sea trial
Test the boat on the water before buying. Run it at full throttle. Listen for unusual noises. Check that the throttle and steering respond smoothly. Reputable dealers like Meyer's RV Superstores Syracuse will accommodate this request.
Verify title and registration
Ask for the current title and confirm the hull identification number (HIN) matches. Check for any liens with your state boating agency. Meyer's RV Superstores Syracuse should be able to walk you through the paperwork.
