We took a boat ride yesterday on beautiful Canandaigua Lake. I won a pontoon boat ride from Canandaigua Lake Trout Derby. Smith Boys Marina truly made the day enjoyable. She provided excellent customer service and was very accommodating. When we arrived for the boat ride, Shannon & Mike couldn't have been any nicer. They gave us an upgrade to a tri-pontoon boat!! How great is that!! The boat was spacious, comfortable and rode smoothly on the water. Excellent spot to rent a boat for the day. Teenagers all had a great time. Instructed by staff well and very attentive from the kids all the way to the adults. Beautiful spot along Canandaiguia lake.

We bought a new boat from Rochester store just before it shut down fall 2023 Naples store kindly offered to get the boat 'water ready'. They (led by Shannon and Kyle) have gone above and beyond in doing so. Their inspection prep was extensive. They discovered a few issues to be fixed. Communications were excellent, with timing flexible for us as customers. They have continued to support us since, offering alternatives and timing to best meet our needs (eg; further servicing, pick up and delivery, filling boat with gas...). We much appreciate Shannon's knowledge and her customer service.
