I just finished working with Jenny from Munson ski and couldn’t be happier. She is very nice, knowledgeable, and professional, actually everyone I spoke there was the same. Let me start off with how she greeted me since it can go either way since I don’t look like I come from money. She treated me as if I pulled up in a Lamborghini (which i didn’t) even though I dress for comfort and not to impress. Right away I could tell she knew her business, and what I really liked is she wasn’t pushy like a lot of salespeople can be. She took the time to explain everything and made sure I understood and had all the options I needed. I was on the fence with different makes and models and she took the time to do a side by side comparison so I could make an educated purchase. After she got me dialed in I was introduced to Matt one of the owners. I can’t say enough about him either. He also was not pushy and when it came down to pricing he made it easy by giving me a discount and the lowest price since I knew what was going on because I shopped around. This is a family business for over something like (60 years I believe) and that’s how they all treated me was like family. It was a pleasure meeting and working with them and not only would i recommend them to strangers on the internet I would refer them to MY family and friends.

This review is for Captain Jim! As first-time boat owners, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the start, Jim was incredibly helpful—he called ahead of our test drive to walk us through everything we’d need, from lines to an anchor. He thoroughly inspected the boat and ensured it was in perfect condition for delivery. He even went the extra mile and delivered it to us personally! Captain Jim made the entire process smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free. Thank you!

This is a difficult review for me. I much prefer to celebrate a business because I too am in a service business and it can be tricky working with the public. I take these reviews seriously. First the good. I am very thankful for the service of technician David at the Walworth, Wisconsin location. I showed up with an unusual problem with my new Yamaha engine on a holiday weekend and he did his best to help us even though it took a week to solve our problem. He’s a stand up guy even giving a loaner battery ( returned in good faith) when the boat’s new battery was dead on delivery, and is why I give Munson at least 2 stars. However, the lazy, incompetent service clerk, Lisa has ghosted myself and Yamaha over a legitimate warranty claim. She demanded payment up front for the work with promise to file claim followed by reimbursement. The warranty ticket was not submitted by her until prodded by myself and Yamaha, then again promised to send invoice to Yamaha to complete claim and refund my payment. I could go on and on in her bad faith actions but suffice it to say, Yamaha should revoke this dealership of its service to preserve their good name. Yamaha has been very professional trying their best to resolve this annoyance for me, for lack of same by Munson marring their reputation after over 2 months of trying by myself and Yamaha to resolve this amicably.

We picked up our new 2025 Bentley 253 Elite Swing back at Munson Ski and Marine at Water Tower on Saturday. The whole process was fantastic. Our Sales person, Sue Weiss was great throughout the whole process. She kept us informed and was always available to answer questions. Our Tri-toon was delivered by Captain Jim and he did a great job making sure we were comfortable with all the equipment and went with us on the water to make sure everything was working. Thanks Sue and Jim.

I have been supported by the wonderful staff member, Ryan. Honestly, I have never seen such an excellent salesperson as him. His responses were polite and prompt, and he even contacted me on his days off. If he hadn't been my sales representative, it might have been difficult to buy & set everything. There is no other salesperson who has as much consideration for customers as he does. Thank you again that the boat was successfully completed today. It's all thanks to all of you.
