Great service and people. They are easy to get to and offer very nice boats. We bought our boat here and it was easy to get a test drive in, our sales rep was knowledgeable and we have been very happy with them. We left feeling like we got exactly what we needed for safe fun trips on the water.
Very nice little marine shop. The 33 foot Grady white is absolutely insane awesome! It is fully loaded and ready to go. I need another 2 years and I should have that. They have everything from wave runners to pontoon boats to fishing boats. Alan is a fantastic salesman and very knowledgeable and experienced. He did not pressure us at all and was very helpful!
I had great customer service, and didn't even buy my boat from them. I drove in from Charlotte NC and realized I had forgotten my key. In the last 30 minutes before closing they got the code and key ready for after hours pick up . Great Job saved the weekend! Thanks so much! HUNTER
Absolutely effortless purchase process! I couldn’t be more pleased with every single step in the process of purchasing our new Parker from Manteo Marine.
I was dealing with Issac the service manager and he was great to work with at first until his tech damaged the skeg on the bottom of my motor on the concrete ramp when they pulled it out of the water. I brought this to Issac’s attention about a day later when I noticed the damage and he acted like this wasn’t a big deal and very unprofessional. Take a look at the pics and you be the judge. Let’s say they won’t be working on my boat ever again.
